This is a meditation for sleep. We can often find our mind pouring over itself at night. It's time we close our eyes and let the body rest. Rest is something we naturally do, yet we can often forget what it's like to be there. In these moments, it can be helpful to come back to perspective and nature.

It's amazing how just a couple of moments you can change the frame of your mind.

I want you to feel what it is like to be in the place you're in right now.

I want you to know whether you think it or not your high source is with you at this very moment helping you.

Because you're here looking for something.

Feel the weight of your body on this earth.

If you were going to choose a color right now,

Describe this moment.

What would it be?

There's a place not far from here where I can walk on stone.

And when I walk,

I feel calm.

I feel warm.

So I want you to go back to those places where you felt that.

Maybe you're near an ocean.

Five minutes could take you there.

And then you could feel the waves rolling under you slowly.

Perhaps you're close to a sunset.

You're just about to see a million colors spread into a night sky.

Turning everything dark.

Perhaps it's snowing so lightly.

You can hear each snowflake as it touches the ground.

I just want you to become aware of this.

Become aware of something that makes you warm and calm.

Feel the weight of your body on this earth.

Have you ever thought?

Have you ever thought when you were driving along the road that someone in your past life had driven that same place at that same time?

Or simply there too?

How many circles like this have you made in your life?

And by your life I mean all the people before you too.

How many times have you been back so far?

How many times have you met other friends?

And felt that this wasn't the first time you had met?

Trust that feeling.

Or at least honor what it is to be alive.

Have you ever thought?

Have you ever thought about what it's like to be alive?

Have you ever thought about what it's like to be alive?

Have you ever watched a fire for hours,

Late at night or early in the morning?

Have you wondered,

Are the flames made brighter by the stars behind you?

Or are the stars made brighter by the fire you're staring at?

How many stars are in that sky?

Or how many have stared at the stars while you're sitting?

Have you ever thought about what it's like to be alive?

White-tailed fox.

Have you seen it?

Coming out into a white field just after a new snow.

What do you feel when you see the fox?

Do you know what's real?

And what's old?

And if you were going to take a time lapse of that scene right now,

And the fox were not to move,

And the stars were to circle for many hours,

Would you realize that the earth is a thing that's spinning?

So I'm going to leave you with that.

And wish you well.

And wish you well.

And wish you well.

And wish you well.

And wish you well.

And wish you well.
