Hello and welcome to this meditation practice on gratitude through mantras and affirmations.
Today we're going to invite you to recite a few affirmations or mantras that kind of act as a prayer or a signal to the universe that you are aligning with the essence of gratitude,
The vibrational frequency of gratitude.
And that's very exciting so I'm glad you are here today.
To begin,
Simply settle in.
If you're sitting that might be helpful.
And take this moment to pause and be present with your body and with your breath.
See if you can relax any tension in your body.
Noticing if there's tension in your shoulders,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Any parts of your face that you can relax and let go.
Tension in the throat or neck.
Just scan your body down to the arms and the legs and the feet.
Just noticing in the back as well as the tummy.
Just allowing everything to be more relaxed and comfortable and at ease.
And you can bring your awareness back to the breath.
See if you can just slow the breath down.
Breathing slowly.
Now as we go through these different phrases and mantras you might feel that some don't resonate with you or that they don't ring true to your current situation or circumstance.
And that's okay.
If something is too uncomfortable you can pass.
See what you can do to stay present with it and just try it out.
Try it on,
These different affirmations.
And see if they can be perhaps a prayer for future experiences that you might have.
Future circumstances.
Again as you settle in,
Settle in or anchor in the intention that you're going to vibrate or resonate with the frequency of gratitude.
So here are some affirmations that you can recite.
So the first is this.
I'm grateful for all the abundance in my life.
I am grateful for all the abundance in my life.
And feel free if you want to place your hands over your heart you can do that.
You can speak these out loud or just in your mind.
So the next affirmational practice is I am thankful for the love and support of my friends and family.
I am thankful for the love and support of my friends and family.
Next,
I appreciate all the opportunities and experiences that have come.

And here's another one that I like.
I am grateful for the simple pleasures in life like sunshine and good food.
I'm grateful for the beauty and wonder of the natural world.

I recognize the kindness and generosity of others.
I acknowledge the challenges in my life and how they have helped me grow.
