Equinox Inner Energy Reset

An Activation to rebalance your inner energies, being versus doing, masculine versus feminine. Discover harmony and stability once more, through clearing your Soul's energetic patterns.

It is fast paced at parts, as I channel the energy healing in. Observe the experience in your energetic body rather than worry about missing bits or not understanding with your mind.
This is dimensional quantum healing which does not adhere to the speed in which our minds function.

Transcript

An activation to rebalance our own inner energies.

Take a nice breath into your heart space,

Coming to the here and now.

And whilst you may meditate regularly,

Be aware how well you are able to take the peace and calm you gain in meditation into your daily life.

In this activation we will discover some other areas within our energetic fields that can also benefit from being in balance so we can be more in harmony and aligning with the energies of the equinox at this time.

So take a nice breath into your heart space and see your breath go upwards in your body,

Up through your throat,

Through your head,

Out to your crown.

See that breath go upwards and connect into the source,

The source of love and light that you know and trust.

And breathing in,

Bringing that energy back down through your crown and head,

Through your throat and heart,

Through your torso and abdomen,

Down through your root and legs and deep into the earth below,

Connecting into the core crystal and recalibrating to the energy of the blueprint,

That of love,

Joy,

Freedom,

Connection,

Abundance.

All the assets and qualities of spirit we long for.

Bringing that energy up through the earth,

Up through your feet and legs,

Through your root and abdomen,

Up through your torso.

See those energies of your breath,

Love and light radiating out from your heart space,

360 degrees all the way around you.

Feel that energy expand as you come once again into your soul space,

The all of you,

Your universal self.

And take a moment to observe how you're feeling.

Peaceful and present,

Complete and whole.

There is nowhere else to be,

Nothing to do,

Only being here in the present moment.

So let's look at the energy patterns that are running between our head and our heart and see how imbalanced they are,

Not only during meditation but also in our daily lives.

So let's call in an infinity symbol that crosses through your head,

The centre part of your head,

Crosses at the throat,

Down through your heart space and back up like the figure eight and invite that energy to run in the loops and just have awareness.

Does the energy flow freely?

Does it feel stuck or jolted?

Does it run more freely through your head or your heart?

And in this moment we ask the infinity symbol to connect in to a source of white light,

To re-energise and re-balance the frequencies of energies that run through our head and our heart and activating that energy frequency now.

You may be aware of a slight tingling or an ease of flow or more radiating energy from your body knowing that we've reactivated the circuits between your head and heart.

And allowing that to continue to run,

Picture a larger infinity symbol,

This time crossing at your heart and going up above your head through your eighth chakra,

Your connection to the divine,

Back down through your heart and in the bottom loop of the figure eight,

Going down about three foot beneath your feet,

A metre beneath your feet and back up the other side to form the loop and just aware,

Be aware of how freely that energy is running.

Again,

Does it feel heavy and stuck when it reaches your root beneath your feet?

Does it feel very light above your head?

And we ask the infinity symbol at that cross point in your heart to be reconnected to a source of divine white light and love,

Plugging into the vortex of energy and re-running that energy through the infinity symbol above your head and below.

Again,

With an awareness,

Do you feel more of a tingling through your body?

Is energy flowing more freely?

And in this moment,

We ask that any belief known or hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life programming,

Any soul contract that you may have,

That you feel that you cannot allow the complete flow between your divine intuition and your action that you take here on earth,

Anything that you feel it has to be either or without working in flow.

Today we are to be dissolved,

Destroyed,

Created across all time,

Space,

Dimensions and realities and shown the divine path for healing.

Clearing out to sell a level memory and a DNA level,

Re-frequencing your whole field so you can feel fully in flow,

Opening up the energies above your crown chakra to receive in more of the beautiful source white light,

Divine guidance and support from your own angels and guides.

You may be aware of a slight tingling on the top of your head and see that plugging into the infinity symbol as it runs down through your frequency,

Down beneath your feet and then see that energy radiating to the ground below like roots of a tree so you can feel fully safe and secure knowing that you are a vessel,

A vehicle of love and light and it is safe for you to walk this earth as a conduit,

That you can rebalance your energies in all areas of your life to receive the wisdom and bring it forward in all that you do.

As we ask those energies to continue to run,

Go into your heart space,

Your sacred heart space and see an infinity symbol running from left to right and just running that energy through your heart space,

Clearing and cleansing,

Opening up to more of a connection to the divine white light for healing today,

To rebalance and recalibrate your heart with your mind,

With your body,

With your spirit,

To run once again in harmony.

Be observant of how you are feeling right now,

Be open and expansive,

Connected and feeling the flow of energy and love throughout.

Convoke you to call in your divine masculine,

We all have masculine and feminine within us and it is so important to ensure you balance your yin and your yang for your life really will show up if they are not in balance and running in harmony with one another and life is so much easier when working in conjunction in flow.

So call in your divine masculine in this moment and ask him to take a space in one of the loops of the infinity symbol in your heart and observe how you greet each other,

Are you welcoming towards each other,

Is it a long time since you communed with your divine masculine or is he rather standoffish,

Without judgement just observe.

In this moment I invite you to call in your divine feminine and invite her to take a space in the other loop within your heart and again observe how you greet each other,

Is it with a loving smile of remembrance,

Is she joyful and happy to be once again connected in your heart or is she sad,

Downtrodden and thoroughly exhausted.

And without judgement just observe,

Running the infinity symbol around your masculine and feminine,

Holding the space for them,

Cleansing and clearing with the white light.

And I would like for you to ask your divine masculine in this moment,

Is he not tired of carrying the responsibility for your life and your mind all on his own,

Because he is exhausted trying to figure everything out in the busyness of doing,

Feeling he is on a treadmill of life.

Could you ask him if he is willing to lay down some of this burden,

To share the load and to finally feel the freedom and relief when he realises all that he has promised to do is no longer necessary in this lifetime.

Is he willing to come to the party and can he realise for all he has done to keep you safe and secure over many lifetimes is no longer necessary in this lifetime.

And in this moment we ask that any belief known or hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life programme or soul contracts that your divine masculine made to keep you safe,

To keep you protected,

To keep the shackles of love at bay,

To keep you safe and secure,

Anything that no longer serves you in this lifetime,

All the illusions that he has held in place that are not relevant here in the 21st century,

For all the times that you lost your life where he was unable to defend you sufficiently and all the promises that he made.

Today we ask that you be dissolved,

Deleted,

Unsteady,

Created across all time space dimensions and realities and shown the divine white path for healing.

As you feel the lightness come into your heart space,

As he unburdens himself,

It's like putting rocks down,

It's like finally realising he need not carry this anymore,

He need not do his journey on his own,

He need not keep those closest to him at bay,

He need not figure it all out on himself anymore.

See and witness how he feels in this moment of realisation and relief.

And as he recalibrates to this new frequency of freedom and balance,

Return to our divine feminine and witness how she's feeling in this moment.

Is she ready once again to bring forth her divine connection,

Intuition and wisdom to help you operate through each and every day?

Is she willing to work in conjunction with your divine masculine to bring through the guidance that he so longs for and to start working together as a team once more?

And in this moment we ask that any belief,

Known or hidden,

Any subconscious belief,

Any past life programming,

Any soul contract,

Anything where your divine feminine feels that it was not safe to be seen,

Heard or understood or it is not safe for her to bring forward her divine wisdom and intuition in your daily life,

Where she lost her lives many lifetimes ago,

Over and over,

For bringing forward her truth.

Realise that everything that's being carried forward as a cellular memory is no longer relevant here today and in this moment we ask all those patterns to be dissolved,

Deleted,

Balanced,

Already created across all time,

Space,

Dimensions and realities and shown the divine white path for healing.

And in this moment we run the infinity symbol through your sacral area,

Clearing out any energies,

Masculine or feminine and recalibrating and rebalancing in your sacral area your energies of masculine and feminine so they can feel in balance once more,

Opening up to the path of creativity with your yin and yang,

With your feminine and masculine working in flow,

Working as a team.

And ask your inner family,

Are they prepared to work as a team once more,

To allow the divine intuition to come through into your heart so that your masculine can take the inspired action through your mind to manifest in this reality.

Can they feel the lightness and relief of not feeling they are on their own,

That they have each other for support,

That they can receive the divine guidance to an even fuller extent and co-create through the infinity symbol of balance.

As you feel that energy and freedom and lightness and joy spread through your body into your esoteric space,

Into your soul space,

Just observe and feel and absorb the lightness and the freedom you feel in this moment of rebalancing,

Of the harmony and peace,

Of the lightness and connection,

Of the freedom and support and of love.

And take a nice deep breath into your heart space,

Anchoring this in,

Knowing that all you need to do is call in the infinity symbol to reactivate your balance through all areas of your life,

Through all areas of your energy,

Your fields,

Your bodies.

Calling that in and programming it in so that you can call in the peace and connection,

Freedom and balance anytime you choose.

As you breathe into your heart space,

Say your goodbyes to your masculine and feminine in this moment,

Knowing you can call them in at any time you choose.

And start becoming aware of your physical body.

Have a move and a stretch and when you're ready slowly open your eyes,

Coming back to the here and now and observe how balanced in harmony you feel.
