It's time to connect to your Healthy Choice Angel,
The beautiful little voice you can invite in to help support you in your day to day decisions,
Especially those relating to what you consume and what you do and how you spend your time.
We can invite in this help like a little bird on our shoulder or an angel in our ear to help support us in those moments where our mind may overtake our heart.
And the short term benefits seem so much more welcoming than the longer term benefits you know that will serve your higher self,
Your body,
Mind and spirit more beautifully.
Sometimes willpower on its own is not sufficient to make the right decision.
When we come from our heart it is so much easier when we recognise how much better we feel in the long term by starting to connect to ourselves and fill ourselves up rather than looking externally.
So take a nice breath into your heart space,
Coming to the here and now and recognise you are worthy of assisting yourself,
Of inviting your higher self in or an angel to guide you on making better healthier choices in your life.
So take a breath up through from your heart space,
Up through your throat and head and out through your crown,
Going up above you and connecting in to your source,
A source of love and light that you know and trust.
Really breathing in to that space,
Feeling the connection to the all that is and bringing your breath back down through your crown chakra and your head through your throat and heart,
Torso,
Abdomen,
Root,
Seeing that breath with love and light go down deep into the earth below,
Connecting in to the core crystal at the centre of the earth.
For this is where the blueprint is held,
The reminder of how life is supposed to be lived with love,
Joy,
Freedom,
Abundance,
Connection.
And tap in to that energy right now and bring that energy back up through the earth and through your feet,
Through your legs and through your root,
Through your abdomen and torso and sit really in to that space.
And then you can radiate out from your heart,
360 degrees and see if you can be aware of having that energy off the blueprint,
Radiate out from your space.
This is your soul space,
Your soul knows what it really longs to be connected to and your heart is the gateway to have that,
To feel fulfilled from the inside.
And just notice in this moment how wonderful it feels to be really connected in with peace and serenity,
With a smile on your face and happiness in your heart.
I'd like for you to visualise that you're taking a beautiful walk on a glorious spring morning through a beautiful forest.
The light is shining,
The birds are singing,
The butterflies are playing,
It feels very very magical.
And you see a stream ahead and you choose to sit on a flat rock beside the stream just to take in the wonder and the magic of the space and the energy,
Feeling really full with love and appreciation for the nature around you.
I'd like while you're sitting there to invite in an image of a little person or angel or animal that starts coming towards you in the forest and sits down beside you on the rock.
It's like you've known this little being for a long time and they're so very pleased to see you.
They seem to have this ability to hover in the air and before you know it they're hovering in front of your face.
Smiling,
Radiating love,
Buzzing their wings.
Maybe a little fairy,
Maybe an angel,
Maybe a dragon,
It doesn't matter what.
And ask them,
Dear one,
I'm looking for assistance to help me make better choices in my life.
Would you be willing to help me?
The excitement on this little being's face as it quietly whispers back to you,
Yes,
Yes,
I've been waiting for you to ask.
And at once your heart lights up with this magical little voice.
It's like you've heard it before maybe as a child and you feel grateful to be reconnected to this little being here and now.
For sometimes as an adult it can be difficult to make the best choices.
We don't have our parents necessarily anymore to guide us or to help us make better decisions.
It's up to us.
And sometimes we could do with a little help,
A little reminder,
A little whisper in the ear at those crucial moments of making a decision that serves us,
Making a healthy choice.
So I invite you now to talk with your little being and ask them what you'd like help with.
Maybe it's to blow gently in your ear or tap on your shoulder as you're making a decision.
Maybe you'd like to commit with them that you will have a conversation to really make sure you're making the best choice for you in that moment.
Whatever it is,
Take a moment now to talk with your little being and establish how you'd like them to help you.
Could you ask them to be there for you in any moment to give you a tug on your heart to remind you to make a different choice?
Are they open to having that conversation from your higher self to your mind to gently prompt how much better you would feel if you made a different choice in this moment?
To remind you of how much better you'll feel in the long run if you make that different choice,
How proud you'll be of yourself,
How much lighter and freer you will feel,
How confident knowing that you made that better choice,
To have that conversation in that moment of decision and feel how that will feel for you right now.
And can you feel the pure unconditional love from this little being that no matter what decision you make in any moment,
It will always be there for you without judgement,
Without concern it will just show up time and time again for it is only the matter of the choice in that moment.
And note to yourself right now how you feel to have this support from this little being,
From your healthy choice angel.
Does it comfort you to know there's something else,
Your higher self that can prompt you in those moments,
You don't have to go this alone?
Does it give you reassurance and confidence and accountability that could help you?
And can you make a promise to yourself and to your little being of regular daily communication and building up a new habit,
One that serves you,
One that lights you up with love,
One that fulfills your heart and soul that nourishes the very root of you,
More than any external factor could ever do which can only ever be temporary.
Your heart and soul long for the fulfilment of love and joy and connection and it can have that in the moments we choose.
So commit to yourself and your little being right now,
You're ready to make different choices.
Now that you feel better,
Supported and loved,
You rise from your rock and your little being flits alongside you,
Flitting around your head,
Almost like sprinkling the magic fairy dust in and around you.
So you really do feel a sense of aliveness again,
A sense of hope,
A glimmer of possibility that you can release once and for all,
Those habits and addictions that no longer serve you and to bring in healthier choices.
And as you walk back out of the forest and back with awareness to your body and into your body,
Breathe into your heart space right now,
Bringing your attention back to the here and now and to your surroundings.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes and have a sense of your little being still being there with you and learn to communicate with it each and every day in a way that suits you,
That prompts you,
That helps you,
That supports you,
That loves you,
To make better,
Healthier choices for you,
Your life and for those around you.
Use your new little helper with love and affection to awaken to a more magical,

Love-filled life.
