This meditation will gently guide you to a place where you can connect within and release your fears, allowing you to let go and relax deeply.

Blessings,

Beautiful ones.

Thank you again for joining me here.

This meditation is based around feeling the emotion of fear and letting it go.

One thing I have learned doing the same thing I do through all the connections to all the spirits or loved ones past.

Never once have I had someone on the other side say to me that they died before their time.

This has taught me a lot about my own mortality or the fear of my own mortality.

I deeply believe that we all go when our time is up.

That we have a predetermined destination of when we exit this planet.

And I think that it's the trust in that and the faith of that that allows me to live my life without fear of when I will be exiting.

You see,

Fear is really rooted in the lack of faith of the future.

If we all just trust and believe that it is our destiny to leave at the exact right time,

Then fear of the unknown does not keep you trapped in the present.

So I invite you in this moment to find somewhere comfortable to sit or to lie down.

Somewhere you will be undisturbed for the next little while.

Please feel free to continue to rest after this meditation.

Should you feel the need?

Simply just drift off to sleep tonight.

So closing your eyes,

Connecting into your heart allowing your body to relax from your head down to your toes.

Allowing your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your nose,

Your cheeks,

Your mouth,

Your teeth,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms and hands to release any tension as you relax deeper with each breath.

Allowing your spine to relax,

Your hips to relax your legs,

Your knees,

Your calf muscles and ankles,

Your feet and your toes.

Allowing every muscle in your body to relax deeper with each exhalation as you connect in.

And imagining in this moment a beautiful golden light is descending down from the ceiling and encompassing your whole body from your head down to your toes.

Feeling this golden light into every cell.

Feeling deep,

Really relaxed.

As you breathe in and out.

Feeling completely at peace.

I want you to imagine that you are sitting in the middle of a green field.

This field is made up of the softest grass you've ever felt.

All you can see for miles and miles is beautiful soft green grass.

Above you is the sun shining brightly and the gentle breeze blowing so you are feeling you are in the perfect temperature.

As you feel the grass below you,

You feel yourself being connected to the earth.

And as you feel the sun gently streaming down on your skin,

You feel that you are connected to the universe and beyond.

As you sit there in the middle of this beautiful field,

You see emerge in front of you a golden chest.

Small enough that you can pick it up and fit it comfortably on top of your two hands.

When you open this chest,

You notice it is empty inside.

This is where you are going to place all your fears.

As you hold the chest,

Allow any thoughts or feelings that are connected to the word fear emerge from your subconscious and in to this chest.

Whether it's fear of the future,

It's fear around your health,

Fear around a loved one.

Whatever arises for you in this moment is the perfect thing for you to place inside this chest.

Take as much time as you need to,

To release everything that you need to into the chest.

And when it is ready,

Close the lead.

Holding the chest on top of your two hands with your palms facing skywards.

Raise your hands and the chest up to the sky and see the chest start to gently float off your hands up into the sky,

Out into the universe where they are dissolved.

Leaving you in this present moment feeling content and full of optimism and happiness.

Take this time to connect in to Mother Earth and the green grass below you.

If you like to,

You can lie down on this grass and continue your meditation.

Or if you choose to,

You can come back to this present moment.

The choice is yours.

From my heart to yours,

Know that you are loved and that you are worthy and that you are here in this point of time on this planet for a reason,

Knowing we are all connected by the invisible web of life and knowing that you are loved deeply.
