This meditation is designed for people of all levels of experience to create an intention and send it out into the universe. You will be guided to connect with your breath, draw positive energy into your body, and then to create a vision of an intention that you are seeking in your life. You will visualize planting the intention in the Earth, energetically sending it out to receive support from your network.

Welcome to a guided meditation for planting and intention.

To begin our meditation today,

Find a comfortable place sitting or lying down and gently begin to close your eyes.

Let's begin our meditation with a cleansing breath,

Letting go of anything that needs to be released to allow you to be present in this moment.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling your belly expand and exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any energy in your body that you need to let go of.

Let's do one more cleansing breath.

Deep breath in through your nose,

Feel your belly rise,

Exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension in your body.

And now that we've connected with our breath,

Let's use our breath to charge our body with positive energy to magnetize our intention into our experience.

Imagine or feel in front of you a ball of white light energy.

Imagine the brightest light that you can imagine.

And as you inhale through your nose,

I want you to imagine this bright light energy coming into your body and as you exhale through your nose,

Imagine that energy beginning to settle into your body,

Charging your cells.

Again,

Breath in through your nose,

Filling your body with this white light energy,

Exhale through your nose,

Allowing the energy to settle into your body,

Waking up your cells,

Allowing them to be attractive,

To be magnetic,

To charge with positive energy,

Drawing intentions into your experience.

Continue with this breath cycle for three more breaths.

Inhale through your nose,

Drawing positive energy into your body,

Exhale through your nose,

Allowing that energy to settle and expand.

In your next breath in,

I want you to imagine that this white light energy has filled your entire body from your feet all the way up to the top of your head.

And as you exhale,

I want you to imagine this bright energy starting to expand outside of your body,

Creating a field around your body of positive energy,

Charged energy.

And one more inhale,

Allowing this energy to charge your body,

To charge the space around your body,

And as you exhale,

Allowing this positive,

Magnetic,

Attractive energy to create a larger field around your body.

And now that our bodies are charged with magnetic,

Attractive energy,

Begin to imagine your intention for this meditation.

Your intention could be something physical that you are seeking to create in your reality.

It could be a feeling that you are seeking to draw in or an energy that you would like to connect with.

Take a moment to really bring this intention into your awareness,

Being as specific or as broad as you feel comfortable with.

And as you have this intention in your mind,

Begin to create a sensory experience of this intention.

What do you see around you?

Who's present?

Where are you?

What sounds do you hear?

What can you smell,

Touch,

Taste?

Feeling as deep of a sensory experience as you can,

Really bringing in the feeling,

The energy of this intention into your body,

Really feeling this experience as if it's happening to you right now.

Take a few moments to sit with your intention,

Creating a sensory experience of what that will feel like when it manifests.

Come back to your breath,

Connecting with this intention,

This energetic intention that you are creating inside your body.

And now that you've created this intention,

Imagine this experience as that ball of bright white light energy that we used in the beginning of our meditation.

And as you create your experience into that ball of bright light energy,

Imagine roots that are connecting your body from the base of your spine into the earth.

Imagine that those roots connect to all of the networks in your experience,

All of the people,

All of the places,

All of the opportunities that can draw your intention into your reality.

Now imagine that energetic experience,

That intention that you created in your body,

That ball of bright white energy.

Imagine moving that ball of energy from the center of your chest down through your chakras,

Through your stomach,

Your spine,

And out into the roots that are connecting your body to the earth.

And as you send that energetic intention out into the roots,

Imagine that it is connecting with your network,

With all of the people,

With all of the experiences,

With all of the places that are connecting you to your intention,

Drawing it into your reality.

And as you send this intention out into your root network,

I want you to let go,

To trust that the energy is being sent where it will be most helpful to you and that the people and the places and the experiences are arriving into your reality to draw in your intention.

And as we end our meditation today,

I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling yourself with gratitude for the earth,

For grounding your intention into the earth as you exhale,

Sending that gratitude out into the earth.

One more inhale in through your nose,

Filling yourself with gratitude for yourself for being here today,

Creating this intention and sending it out.

And as you exhale,

Allowing all that gratitude to flow through your body,

Charging your body with positive energy,

With open receiving energy.

As we end our meditation today,

Continue to be aware of your intention,

Looking for signs from the universe that it is coming into your reality.
