Please take another deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
You are safe.
There is nothing you need to do.
No one you need to call or serve and nothing stressful pressing in on you that is happening in your life now.
Focus on the beauty of your breath.
Notice how good it feels to take a breath.
Ah,
Feel it going into your nose.
How cool it feels going in.
Follow the breath into your lungs,
Sensing its life-giving energy going beyond just the lungs as it goes into your bloodstream,
Energetically feeding your whole body.
Again,
Take another nice deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
There is nothing more important than what you are doing for yourself right now.
On the next breath,
Imagine that you are inhaling light and exhaling smoke.
What is the color of the smoke?
As you inhale the light through the nose,
Notice the color of the exhaled smoke.
Is it white?
Is it gray?
Or is it black?
The light represents the energy of love and the smoke represents the energy of fear.
You are exhaling the fears that no longer serve you and breathing in the light of love.
Keep visualizing this light with every inhale as well as imagining smoke going out on each exhale.
Now imagine you are on the ceiling above you looking down on your physical form below as it is meditating.
Notice your features,
Your hair,
Your serene face,
Eyes closed,
Hands peaceful,
And your torso and legs relaxed.
Visualize seeing yourself as a glass sculpture of your physical form.
See yourself as a perfect replica of your body made out of glass and that this glass version of you is filled with muddy water.
Look down at your feet and notice that on the bottom of each foot is a spigot.
Reach down and carefully open up the spigot first on one foot and then reach over to the other and open it up as well.
Watch the muddy dirty brown water pouring out of your physical form as it gushes out of the spigots flowing down into the earth.
Notice the level of the muddy water lowering evenly in the glass version of yourself.
See it lower down past your forehead then beneath your neck.
Now down past your chest then flowing lower below your waist.
Slowly it is getting lower and lower.
Throbbing,
See the muddy level go beneath your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins,
And your ankles until finally and completely emptying out of your physical form.
Take another deep cleansing breath,
Washing clean any residual mud from within,
Exhaling that residue out.
Ah,
You are clean.
Reach down in your mind's eye and close the spigot on your first foot.
Take in a loving breath of gratitude and exhale slowly.
Ah.
