Hello beautiful souls.
My name is Kendra and I will be your guide today.
So find a position that allows for your body to soften even slightly.
You do not need to prepare yourself to be worthy of this moment.
You do not need to arrive perfectly healed,
Rested,
Perfectly certain,
Or perfectly whole.
Just arrive as you are and together we'll make space for all of you.
Allow for a gentle breath in through your nose,
Passing through the parts of your body,
Washing away,
Cleansing,
And a gentle breath out allowing yourself to release and be in this moment.
With each breath allowing yourself to become a little less performative and a little more honest.
This moment is not asking you to transcend your humanity.
It is asking you to inhabit it gently.
Notice where your body is holding effort.
Your heart,
Jaw,
Shoulders,
Chest,
Stomach.
Just noticing,
No judgment.
You have survived many versions of yourself and perhaps your body is still carrying the memory of needing to stay alert.
Productive.
Prepared.
Strong.
For now,
Allow the body to receive a new message.
You are safe.
You are safe enough to soften here.
Somewhere along the way,
Many of us learned to believe that healing and wholeness could not exist together.
That we must earn our worthiness through fixing,
Fixing ourselves.
That if pain still exists within us,
Then something must still be wrong with us.
But healing is not proof that you were broken.
Healing is what happens when we finally allow love.
We finally allow love to reach the places that learn to survive without it.
You are allowed to be healing and whole.
Growing and worthy.
Tender and powerful.
Human and sacred.
There may still be grief within you.
Questions within you.
Exhaustion within you.
Uncertainty within you.
And still,
There is wisdom here.
Still,
There is beauty here.
Still,
There is life here.
Take a breath.
Feel the oxygen washing through every part of your body,
Being,
Every cell.
Know.
Sense.
Feel.
See.
Imagine.
A crystalline light surrounding your body gently.
Notice the color.
The temperature.
It's not here to change you.
Not to purify you into worthiness.
But to remind you of what has always existed beneath survival.
Your soul has never required perfection to remain sacred.
Allow this energy to move softly through the spaces where you have been overly harsh with yourself.
Take another slow breath in.
Gently exhaling.
You do not need to leave this meditation as you are completely experiencing this moment as a transformed person.
You only need to leave remembering that your humanity was never separate from your wholeness.
May you move through the rest of your day with a little more softness towards yourself.
A little more permission to exist as you are.
And a little less pressure to become lovable through perfection.
You are already worthy of being here.
Your humanity is sacred too.
