I want you to imagine that you are on the banks of a beautiful stream.
It's a lovely summer's day and you feel peaceful and relaxed.
The temperature is mild and you feel the warm rays of sun on your skin.
Coming towards you is a small child.
It is your inner child.
Now I want you to take your inner child by the hand and tell them that you are very happy to see them.
Today you have met to heal the past and the present.
Together hand in hand you follow the current of the gentle stream.
As you travel together along the stream you will be journeying through the seven chakras from the root to the crown.
The first chakra is your root.
The second is just below your navel,
The sacral.
The third is your solar plexus.
The fourth your heart.
The fifth is your throat.
The sixth is your third eye at the centre of your forehead.
Finally the seventh chakra is your crown just above your head.
As you experience each chakra together you will be given keys to heal the wounds from your childhood.
So now you are ready to guide the child through the first chakra,
The root.
As you move forwards you can see beautiful red roses and tulips along the banks of the stream.
Your inner child starts to smile in wonder and shows signs of security and wellbeing and seems to be releasing feelings of insecurity and fear.
An elephant appears with a golden child riding on his back.
The golden child waves joyfully to your inner child.
Your inner child smiles back.
The elephant and the golden child are very strong and grounded.
Your inner child is reassured by this strong and rooted energy.
Moving forwards together you now approach the sacral chakra.
You see the banks of the stream are now covered by orange flowers,
Beautiful roses,
Snapdragons and marigolds.
In the stream there are fishes playing and jumping out of the water,
Splashing and having fun.
Also on the bank you can see a badger with the golden child close behind who is waving to your inner child.
You notice that the inner child is looking very interested,
Very animated by the child and the badger,
Healthy and playful.
They are supporting your inner child to release feelings of low energy and lack of vitality.
The inner child looks very healthy.
The flow of energy is getting stronger.
Your inner child's channels are clearing rapidly.
Together you walk along the stream towards the solar plexus chakra.
You see the banks covered in yellow flowers,
Jalious roses and honeysuckles.
There are many birds flying in the skies.
And wandering by the stream is a beautiful lion.
And in the distance a bear.
The golden child is now riding on the back of the lion and waves to your inner child.
The golden child looks very confident and is not afraid of the lion and radiates courage,
Self-confidence and vitality.
Your inner child is very pleased to see the golden child showing strong confidence.
All the feelings of self-doubt and low self-esteem are washed away in the stream.
Moving forwards,
Hand in hand with your inner child,
You approach the heart chakra.
You see beautiful soft pink roses,
Lilies and beautiful lotus flowers covering the banks of the stream.
A very peaceful dove is feeding from the hand of the golden child.
They are connecting from the heart in a tender and healing vibration.
Your inner child looks on very calmly and feels graced and at peace with the world.
Your inner child is calmed and gentled and is releasing the anger of not being loved and accepted and never having known such peace previously.
Your inner child is forgiving everything in their life which has made them feel unloved.
Moving forwards,
You both feel very uplifted and healed,
Much lighter now.
As the old frequency of pain and loneliness is dissolved and washed away,
You are now washed away by the gentle stream.
Moving forwards,
You both feel uplifted and lighter as the old frequency dissolves.
Together you move towards the throat chakra.
You notice that the banks of the stream are now covered in soft blue flowers.
Horace,
Iris,
Delphiniums,
Bluebells and Hydrangeas.
Gliding over the stream,
You and your inner child see a streak of iridescent blue-green colour.
Flash you see a kingfisher and also the golden child dancing and singing on the banks.
You notice your inner child is really expressing their voice and releasing their fear.
Your inner child is singing and communicating with ease.
All that has been withheld is now being released in joy and clarity.
Moving forwards,
Hand in hand,
You and your inner child approach the third eye chakra.
You see that there are beautiful indigo flowers on the banks of the stream.
Stock,
Iris,
Dahlias and freesias.
You both hear a hooting sound,
Coming from the forest nearby.
You look up and see a beautiful white owl.
You feel reassured by the wisdom and knowledge emanating from the beautiful bird.
The golden child looks at the owl and smiles and seems very wise and grounded.
Inner wisdom and vision pour from the golden child who is now trusting in their higher power.
You look towards your inner child who is at peace and feels filled with reassurance that all is well in their world and spirit.
They feel they can now trust their intuition and know they are the source of their own truth in their life.
All of the inner child's confusion and doubt about not feeling connected to their divine nature is now dissolved into the stream.
The inner child feels whole.
Moving forwards now towards the final chakra,
The crown,
Hand in hand with your inner child.
The banks are filled with purple flowers.
Violet,
Lavender,
Lotus and chamomile.
And there is a brilliant golden aura of light all around the flowers.
The inner child is full of wonder and joy,
Amazed at the vision.
Your inner child looks forward to the golden child as they now feel a growing mutual connection.
The golden child is surrounded by many animals,
Horses,
Cats,
Dogs,
Rabbits,
Deers,
Lions,
Elephants and birds of many kinds circling in the skies.
Your inner child is celebrating their connection with all life.
Your inner child is now very happy at home in the world and is now releasing any low frequencies from thoughts,
Emotions and identity.
Here all is healed in the present moment now.
The golden child beckons you and your inner child to come and connect with him in the kingdom of animals and birds.
You join together in a group hug and feel a healing connection vibrating between you.
This is a very powerful reconciliation with your past,
Your future and your present.
Quantum healing is taking place.
You are now aware that you are the inner child,
The golden child and the mother.
And behind the mother is the father supporting her in each moment of your life on your journey to wholeness.
So in a few moments I will count backwards from ten to one.
I will snap my fingers and you will remember everything you have discovered on your journey and bring it into full consciousness.
