Navigating Pluto Retrograde

When Pluto moves retrograde each year at this time we are given extra support and extra awareness that will help to expand our Soul mission. Because Pluto does invite us into the depths this period can be challenging so having some navigation tools in place will ensure that you embrace this energy more than you resist it.

Navigating Pluto retrograde.

So we are officially in the 2021 Pluto retrograde.

And if you're listening to this at another year,

This information still applies.

So as somebody who receives great joy from moving into the depths of human consciousness,

Uncovering the truth and healing,

I really,

Really love Pluto retrograde season.

So I'm also going to be releasing a part two to this podcast where I'm going to guide you on a journey to tap into this energy so that you can kind of practically really get into it.

So watch out for that.

Now,

The way that I see it,

Pluto retrograde is a possibility portal.

So we're really called over these next five months.

So we're retrograde in 2021 from April 27 to October six.

So we're really called over these next five months to embrace transformation and shift more deeply into the soul embodiment and expressing.

So it's it is like really,

Really exciting.

All right.

So let me give you some information on this.

When Pluto moves retrograde every year at this time,

Because it does this every single year,

We're given extra support and extra awareness that helps us to expand into our soul mission.

So because Pluto invites us into the depths,

This period can be really challenging.

So having some navigation tools in place is going to ensure that you embrace the energy more than you resist it because there's no point in resisting it because it's here and it's here for your benefit.

Like I said,

It's an opportunity portal.

So as I mentioned,

Pluto is all about moving into soul embodiment and expression.

So it brings this energy first by highlighting struggles,

Lessons,

Habits,

Even like confusion.

Things can come up or heaviness that are not serving your highest level expression.

So it points directly at the illusions and gives you everything you need to let them go and allow your natural soul self to radiate through things that are kept below the surface.

So think like subconscious patterns that might include this lifetime ancestral energy past lifetimes,

All that's poking up and through the surface things that are generally below,

They're poking up,

It makes it a lot easier to spot the resistance you're holding.

But you have to have courage and awareness going into it,

Because that's really going to give you the boost to keep you from getting sucked into the old patterns again.

And this time with the possibility portal of Pluto,

We're choosing to mark them complete and move on.

So again,

Things are coming up from below the surface.

But when we have that awareness,

Then we can be like,

Ha,

This is coming through for my for my benefit.

So this isn't coming through because I've done something wrong,

Or I'm somehow broken or somehow can't fix this pattern.

It's coming through for my benefit.

So I can peel back the layers and I can release I can complete and I can move on.

So the number one tool that I recommend for this Pluto retrograde is navigating through insight.

So insight is the process of again,

My definition,

All all the things that I ever say is my opinion,

My definition,

Insight is the process of really pausing,

Looking within and bringing forth clarity from your own personal soul truth.

So each of us has it has a different version of truth,

Your version is the most valuable to you.

Pluto asked that we take this big leap towards honoring ourselves and recognizing the value in our own insight.

So I personally believe that our pain points are also our entry points to ascension and awakening.

So one way Pluto is teaching us is through our patterns through our triggers or reactions.

When we can apply this insight to what is showing up in our present reality,

We're given this really supportive opportunity to let the root cause go to wrap up the pattern and to make a new choice going forward.

So we're invited into the depths of our emotions with Pluto.

We're invited into the depths of our emotions with Pluto for a visit.

So we're not meant to stay into the depths of these triggering emotions,

Right?

So think of emotions like a lake,

Those emotions like gratitude,

Joy,

Like say the energy of connection,

Collaboration,

Those are at the top of the lake,

Those feel good elevated emotions,

They float.

And when you embody those elevated emotions,

You float.

So when you're floating,

It's really easy to see it's easy to breathe,

And it's beautiful and relaxing space to be in the sun is out,

Everything feels really,

Really beautiful and relaxing.

Now down at the bottom of the lake are heavy emotions.

So think like shame,

Guilt,

Fear,

Dread.

And when we're down in these emotions,

It can be hard to see the brilliant sunshine on the surface.

And if we spend too long anchored into these emotions,

We start to believe the illusion that they are a natural part of who we are.

Since it's dark here at the bottom of the lake,

We might also not notice that within each of these clouds of heavy emotion,

There's a treasure treasure chest of truth that is closed up,

Right?

So that heaviness that you say,

Let's say,

For example,

That kind of guilt and shame that's being held on to there,

There's a treasure treasure chest,

I can't get the word out of beautiful emotions and soul truth that's hidden within there.

So when we allow ourselves the gift of insight of visiting these emotions with the intention of observing,

Giving them a voice and letting them know that we're ready to let them go,

Then the water starts to become more clear.

And those treasure chests start to open up and this golden light begins to stream upwards,

Raising us into our soul truth.

So the problem is not the emotion,

The emotion is guiding you into the soul truth.

It's just,

It's highlighting the those heavy emotions feel heavy,

Because that way you're going to pay attention to them.

That way you're going to look for the soul truth that's within them and choose to let go of the illusion of them.

So this is what Pluto retrograde is like,

It's like the universe is handing us diving gear and telling us it's time to go for a swim and let go of those old patterns so that we can experience the float of our soul truth.

Now if you have fears around water,

This might not be the best visual for you.

But just to kind of paint the picture.

Now this float of soul truth is where miracles come in,

We can feel them coming.

So just kind of picturing yourself on this beautiful,

Very calm,

Very peaceful,

Magical lake,

We might not know exactly when these miracles are going to arrive,

But or how they're going to arrive even,

But we can feel it because we are more deeply connected to our soul truth,

And miracles are our soul truth.

So you have to be courageous and willing with this energy.

It's always a choice to commit or not.

You're being asked to remember your soul desires,

Especially the ones that have been calling to you for months or years that you brushed aside.

Maybe you didn't feel ready or worthy or know all the details or you couldn't figure out how it could possibly work.

So it kind of got brushed to the side.

Or maybe it's a brand new soul desire that's going to light you up and remind you who you are and why you're here.

All of these things tie into this Pluto possibility portal.

So Pluto retrograde is a marathon,

It's not a sprint.

It's lasting this full five months where you get to choose at any point to gift yourself insight to let go and to rise up.

So as I mentioned,

This lake of emotion is a place to visit.

We can take some time,

You know,

We can take some time to spend in there and spend some time on that kind of those feel good emotions,

But then pack those up and take them with you.

Come back to the real world.

Ultimately,

The goal is to come back to our present and current earth experience.

This time when we come back,

We're embodying those soul truths,

We're aware of them,

We're living them,

And we're expressing them.

Whenever we can embody more of this soul self,

And then express that out to the world,

We're benefiting not only ourselves,

But everybody.

So Pluto really takes this full trip,

This invitation into the depths of our emotions as triggers and patterns and then back into our soul truth.

And then through taking those with us through that embodiment and expression,

Our growth supports our life and adds to the collective timeline of awakening and ascension,

Which is what we want as lightworkers.

So we are being reminded by Pluto that we are not a victim of our circumstances or society.

We are powerful creator beings who can do this.

At this wild and crazy transitionary time,

You are a part of the solution.

And the more of your soul truth you claim,

The more you are able to contribute energetically and practically through action to the future that we all desire.

It's not heavy and mucky and restricted like when we're living from the illusions.

It's much more buoyant.
