Welcome to this full moon meditation to cleanse,
Release and bring clarity to what you're working on right now.
Begin by sitting with your back comfortably straight and your feet flat on the floor.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth at a pace that's comfortable for you.
Begin focusing your breath visualizing the energy coming in through your heart chakra.
And as you exhale allowing that energy to flow down through the soles of your feet into the earth.
Set the intention as you're breathing into your heart and out through your feet that you are open to energy healing.
You are open to clarity and activation.
And then move your focus down slightly visualizing energy coming in through your solar plexus chakra.
And as you exhale sending that energy down through the soles of your feet all the way down to the center of the earth.
Setting the intention with that breath that you are ready for your power potential and purpose.
Again breathing in through your nose focusing the energy coming into your solar plexus chakra.
And then as you exhale sending energy down through the soles of your feet all the while setting the intention.
That I am open to my power potential and purpose now.
From here travel down with your focus and your mind's eye to the soles of your feet.
Set the intention that your feet chakras and root chakra is opening and expanding.
And just keeping your breathing steady at the pace that works for you.
In through the nose out through the mouth.
And visualizing your root chakra and feet chakras opening and expanding.
As you begin to feel the magnetic pull of the center of the earth grounding your energy.
Helping to loosen up your resistance.
And take your attention and focus down even further to your earth star chakra about a foot below your feet in the earth.
And visualizing a silvery black and white energy center.
As you focus on this you set the intention to allow it to activate open and expand for your highest good.
And we're also calling Archangel Sandalfin in for this.
Archangel Sandalfin will help to surround this area with a very gentle loving energy.
As we are releasing and working with this big moon energy.

Now we'll take our focus and attention to the higher chakras.
Focusing your attention on your crown chakra.
Setting the intention that this chakra begin to open and expand.
Just like a beautiful silvery and magenta spiraling flower on the top of your head.
Setting the intention that your crown chakra open and expands for your highest good.
Still surrounded and supported by Archangel Sandalfin.
Setting this intention that this chakra remain open throughout this meditation for your healing and activation.
Now begin to visualize a bright vibrant full moon.
Allow it to come into focus with its silvery white light.
Visualize that moon energy being connected and drawn down to your heart chakra.
Just visualize the connection between the two.
Feel the support and clarity this moon brings.
And allow yourself to form a visual in your mind's eye.
Feel the moonlight.
You are now zooming a little farther away from the moon.
And you begin to see a scene unfold in front of you.
A beautiful clearing.
Grassy fields.
And you see a silvery moon energy waterfall that's coming down from the moon.
All the way down to this land.
And whenever it reaches the land it forms a beautiful shallow stream.
With shimmering crystals within the stream.
Allow yourself a moment to make this image take form in your mind's eye.
Visualizing the calm greenery of this clearing.
The brilliant moonlight energy coming down like a waterfall and forming a stream.
Know that Archangel Sandalfin is still here as well as any other high vibrational guides that you choose to allow in.
It's now time to begin releasing anything that's been coming up for you lately,
Especially as it relates to self-worth.
Visualize pulling these beliefs,
This heaviness out of your energy.
