Sovereignty And Empowerment Activation

This recording includes a variety of frequencies and modalities including light language to help activate you on an energetic level to your natural state of sovereignty and empowerment. Listen to it at least once fully involved and focused and you can have a more flexible attention future times that you listen. After a number of re-listens you can have this on in the background as you journal or go about other self care to benefit from the frequencies without fully engaging.

Just begin breathing and centering in your body,

Visualizing,

Sensing,

Or imagining your heart chakra opening with this intention,

Opening receptors in your energy for you to receive what is highest and best today,

As decided by your soul's self and source.

And breathing deeply,

As you surrender into this energy of ease,

Into this place of openness,

Knowing that you will only receive today what is best for you,

Just allowing that breath to deepen,

Allowing your body to relax,

Visualizing,

Or imagining even your DNA relaxing,

Now visualize,

Or imagine that you are connected above and below through a pillar of iridescent light.

This light extends above you,

Connecting you into your soul's self,

Into your hashic records,

And into source light.

Breathe as you visualize,

Or imagine a golden rainbow light filling up this field and surrounding you,

And surrounding this space all around you.

And sensing or imagining that this pillar of light also extends below your feet,

Through the earth,

Connecting through your earth-centered akashic records,

All the way into the center of the earth.

And this field is filling with a liquid gold light from the earth,

Visualizing,

Sensing,

Or imagining that this liquid gold light and this rainbow frequency are creating a field all around you,

So that only what is best for you in this moment may enter.

You may visualize,

Or imagine that there is yet another golden energy around all of this,

Like a golden container holding all of this in place,

Allowing this to integrate for you.

Now bringing your focus and attention into your heart chakra,
