Hello and welcome to this guided meditation for distance healing.
My name is Naomi and I am a Reiki Master Teacher and a meditation teacher.
This guided meditation is specifically for you if you are receiving distance healing from another practitioner or from myself.
It really can help you visualise the healing process whilst also helping you relax and stay present.
It's also suitable for you if you're currently undertaking one of your Reiki level attunements and going through the 21 day cleansing process.
And of course you will always benefit from this meditation if you are just looking for some time to relax,
Be present and find a state of calm.
So whenever you're ready please get comfortable,
Whether that's lying down in bed or sitting upright making sure your back is fully supported.
Ensuring that you aren't going to have any distractions and that this time is fully dedicated to yourself and your own healing.
And when you are comfortable just taking three deep breaths through your nose at your own pace but maybe trying to slow down each exhale as you move through those three intentional deep breaths.
Noticing if there's any tension in the body,
Maybe wriggling your spine,
Allowing your shoulders to drop back,
Allowing your face to relax,
Really centring yourself in the now.
And to begin the practitioners hands are being placed gently on your abdomen in order to connect with your energy.
Throughout this meditation I will refer to myself as the practitioner performing the healing treatment for you.
But please visualise whoever is sending the healing to you and of course if you are performing self-healing knowing that it is you doing the healing work in this time and space.
So now that I am fully connected to you for this session I'm going to move gently around your body until I reach the top of your head.
Placing my hands just over your eyelids I'm going to begin to channel the reiki energy directly to you.
You might feel warm or tingling or beginning to touch your auric field or maybe even your eyes begin to feel warm as the reiki energy connects with you.
Please know that reiki is a very gentle healing therapy and no harm can ever come from a reiki healing session.
You might even want to visualise a beautiful white light surrounding your head as my hands hover above your third eye and above your eyes.
I'll then slowly move my hands around until each palm is just gently touching the sides of your head.
I'm not holding you,
You still have room to move your head if it feels comfortable.
But you do feel as though you are being wrapped in this cocoon of reiki energy,
Of warmth,
Of light,
Of love with my hands either side of your head.
Here are some affirmations you might want to think on as my hands remain in this position a little longer.
As we're mostly dealing with the upper chakras when we begin a reiki treatment,
I am open to receiving all healing.
I trust my intuition.
I trust my inner wisdom.
I am an empathetic listener.
I understand things on a deeper,
More conscious and aware level.
And as I move my hands from either side of your head,
I'll also bring them to just gently cup around your throat,
Not pressing,
Not holding,
But just surrounding the throat,
Focusing on the throat chakra.
Clients sometimes feel like they want to cough when we begin to focus on the throat area.
And if that does come forward,
Just allow yourself to clear your throat and let any blockages just leave you.
That's what we are here for.
As we focus on the throat chakra,
Knowing that with rebalancing this area,
We speak our truth.
We communicate clearly.
We are honest and kind with our words.
I will then gently place my hands on your shoulders,
Using this as a reminder to really let go and ease those shoulders back,
Allowing them to rest completely.
So you feel the warmth of the energy begin to move and grow and radiate not just from our throat and our head,
But moving down into the shoulder blades,
The collarbones.
Knowing as I hold my hands here,
I feel fully supported.
And you're very safe,
Able to express anything that comes forward.
Thanks.
I'm going to then slowly and gently move.
From your shoulders to the right side of your body.
Moving my hands over your chest,
Not touching your skin but hovering above your body in your aura.
And sending loving Reiki energy to your heart.
You might start to see flashes of green or pink as we hover over this beautiful chakra.
And you might be even able to feel that deep sense of compassion.
And universal love that really comes forward during these sessions.
I forgive myself and others for the harm that they might have caused me.
I am grateful,
I am blessed.
I'm always open to giving and receiving love.
Just some affirmations we might want to keep in our hearts whilst we focus here.
And then moving from your heart space but staying on your right side.
Just gently place one hand on your elbow and the other on your hand.
Quite often we feel quite a lot happening in the palms of our hands when we receive Reiki.
And that's because a lot of stagnant energy leaves the body through the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet.
So just notice how it feels having the energy directed to your right side on your right elbow and right hand as we stay here.
And then just notice how it feels having the energy directed to your right side on your left elbow and right hand as we stay here.
And then just notice how it feels having the energy directed to your right side on your left elbow and right hand as we stay here.
And then moving over around your body to your left side and placing my hands in exactly the same place.
Again focusing on what the energy feels like when it connects with this part of your body.
And just allowing any of that blocked energy to leave.
And then moving from your left hand in your left elbow,
Just going to gently place my hand on your solar plexus.
This is the space just below your ribs,
Below your diaphragm.
It's also known as our inner fire and it emits this bright yellow light.
So as I hold my hand here you might feel that warmth even more intensely,
Affirming that I am confident with who I am.
I release judgement of myself and others.
I believe in myself and my abilities.
I'm then going to place my other hand just around the navel,
Maybe just below the navel at the same time because we can place our hands on both chakras at the same time.
But with this chakra we're also focusing on creative and confident energy but in a different way so we're connecting with the sacral chakra,
Bright orange light.
Feeling that connection to your creative self.
I am abundant,
I love my body.
I nourish my creative self.
Just noticing how it feels having both these palms placed on these two very powerful energetic centres on the body.
And then gently moving my hands until they are just lightly touching either side of your pelvis.
Around your hip bones.
And as I hold my hands here I'm focusing on your root chakra.
The seat of trust where we feel supported and grounded and protected.
I am in touch with my inner child.
I am loved.
I am valued.
I am grounded.
And moving on my hands will just gently be placed on both of your knees.
And although none of the main seven chakras reside in the knees this is a very powerful place that deserves our attention and healing energy.
So really focus on how it feels here if it feels warm or cold or tingly as my hands stay placed here a little while.
And then finally moving to the ankles.
Each palm pressed on your ankle bones so that some loving energy gets sent towards your ankles and your feet.
Really feeling how that energy has grown from the top of your head when we first began this session.
All the way down to your ankles and how you're almost covered by this beautiful bright white light.
This loving cocoon that Reiki so powerfully wraps us up in.
Sending some gratitude for the healing work that has taken place during this session.
And then making my way back up the right side of your body I'm going to place my hands gently on your abdomen once again.
I'm going to thank the Reiki energy for coming forward today.
I'm just asking that he continues to help and heal you in any way that you need for as long as you need.
I'm then going to use my hands to gently brush down your aura top to bottom three times.
Clearing away any stagnancy,
Anything that doesn't serve you.
Just gently sweeping it away with every brush,
Brush,
Brush.
And then fluffing the aura back I'm going to lift and lift and lift.
So that you feel refreshed,
Not only cleansed but awakened and revitalized.
Placing my palms together I am going to thank you deeply from my heart for being here.
