In this session, I'll guide you through various stages of yoga nidra to address fluctuations of the mind by entering a state of deep mental and physical rest. This practice can help you manage feelings and emotions (such as anxiety, anger, anticipation, eagerness, disappointment, and excitement) that arise when you are coping with change, adapting to a new reality, or facing uncertainty. The session includes a moment for witnessing the self as well as a gradual transition out of the practice. You can practice sitting or lying down. The session is voice only. Enjoy!
