Journey through the body’s main chakras using the sacred seed sounds known as Bīja Mantras: LAM, VAM, RAM, YAM, HAM, and OM. The word bīja (बीज) means “seed” in Sanskrit. Each vibrational syllable is traditionally linked to a specific energy center, helping to awaken, balance, and harmonize your subtle body. These mantras come from Tantric and yogic traditions and have been used for centuries.
