Tranquility Through Transition Begin by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down,

Allowing your body to relax and soften into the surface beneath you.

Let yourself be fully supported.

Gently close your eyes and allow your attention to shift inward.

Scan your body from your feet up to the top of your head,

Allowing any tightness or tension to dissolve as you guide your awareness to the different parts of your body.

Now,

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Letting your lungs expand fully.

Then open mouth exhale,

Letting the air flow out.

Again,

Take a deep breath in and exhale completely.

Guide your attention to your face and relax the muscles around your eyes and brow.

Then,

With your eyes still closed,

Bring your focus to the space behind your eyelids.

Whether it is dark or still very bright where you are right now,

Just keep your eyes closed and continue focusing on the blank canvas behind your eyelids.

As you focus on the nothingness,

Notice small trees appearing in the distance.

Notice how leafy branches now begin to glide into the frame.

You are now standing at the edge of a beautiful,

Peaceful forest.

The air is cool and the quiet of the trees wraps around you like a comforting blanket.

As you take a few steps forward,

You notice the soft earth beneath your feet.

Each step feels grounding,

Connecting you to the earth in a way that feels safe and secure.

As you move deeper into the forest,

Feel the calming presence of the trees surrounding you.

They've been here through countless seasons,

Weathering storms and sunny days alike.

You,

Too,

Have roots like these trees that run deep,

Anchoring you through any winds of change.

Pause for a moment to place your hand on one of these trees.

Feel its rough bark under your fingertips,

A reminder of resilience.

The tree stands tall and steady,

Rooted but flexible,

Shifting gently with the breeze without breaking.

Now,

Allow yourself to feel that same sense of inner strength and flexibility.

Know that you are a part of this natural resilience,

A force that has weathered countless changes and still stands strong.

Feel the stability of the earth supporting you.

Sense the trees around you standing tall as pillars of strength.

Notice how you are held by the earth,

Protected by the trees,

And filled with an inner stillness that cannot be shaken.

Embrace this deep-rooted strength within you,

Trusting that like the forest,

You,

Too,

Have the resilience to not only endure but thrive.

This forest represents you and all of the inner power that you hold.

Know that you can return to this beautiful forest whenever you need,

Finding refuge and resilience within yourself,

No matter what challenges the world may bring.

Now,

Start to deepen your breath once more.

Inhale to take in fresh new energy and exhale to release fears,

Worries,

And all negative thoughts.

Inhale deeply and exhale fully.

Slowly,

Start to bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Come back into the space that you're in.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and breathe.

Inhale to take in fresh new energy and exhale to release fears,

Worries,

And all negative thoughts.
