Solar Plexus - Inner Fire

This piece is inspired by the Solar Plexus energy center (Manipura). As the bowls let yourself settle into the present moment. Feel your breath slow, your awareness root into the body, and your mind return to stillness.

The visuals were filmed in a Japanese Meditation garden, where stone, moss, and water reflect the essence of simplicity and balance. The garden is at Gibbs Gardens in Ballground, GA.

Mister Jonathan-Sonic, by Jove, you’ve done it! Best singing bowls sound experience that I’ve had on I. T. thus far. The stereo imaging and placement, the clarity of the reverberating resonances, the lugubrious-sounding water in the left channel…all of it, top notch. My favorite addition was of the cricket sounds, pushed way down in the mix but lightly floating atop the track in the most pleasant way. 🙏🏼
