Heart Chakra Tibetan Singing Bowls With Ocean Sounds

This is recording of singing bells with the base bowl of F# for the Heart Chakra. This also contains a binaural beat of 5hz. The ocean sounds were recorded at Akumal Beach near Tulum, Mexico. The other bowls are harmonized with the Chakras in this scale. Singing bowls have been used since ancient times in meditations and healing work. The bowls produce monaural beats and harmonic overtones that affect body and mind on a deep level.
