Can communicate much more than the words themselves.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated position and set an intention for your practice today.

Today we will be creating sound with our voice using the sound of OM.

OM represents the original sound of the universe,

The vibration that began all vibrations.

We will continue making the sound of OM in succession throughout this practice.

Create the tone or OM along with the male or female voice as you wish or at your own pace.

If you feel out of breath or tired,

Simply take time to rest.

Join in again when you are ready.

Notice the thoughts that pass across your mind.

Imagine them as clouds across the sky or words scrolling across your computer screen.

As you create your tone on the out-breath,

Allow your consciousness to ride along with the tone,

Becoming a part of it.

You are producing the tone and experiencing it.

Allow yourself to become one with this tone.

Allow the tone to clear the thoughts of your mind as though they were fog or clouds in the sky,

Leaving nothing but pure space.

Hold this clear,

Pure space on the in-breath as you prepare for the next round.

Take a deep breath in.

Take a deep breath in.

On the count of one,

Sound OM.

Two,

Three,

Four.

You can keep this rhythmic pace or feel free to take your own pace.

We will continue OMing in succession throughout the practice.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Take this time to sit in awareness of your breath.

Notice the sensations breathing in.

Allow the tone of OM to continue to resonate within you as a mantra on the out-breath.

Begin to bring your awareness outwards to the sound of my voice.

Thank you for your practice today.

Remember that calm,

Centered energy is always within you.
