Welcome to your auric field meditation.
Take moments and either begin by standing or sitting comfortably.
This meditation is intended for you to get to know your auric body.
Once you've found your comfortable position,
Take a couple rounds of deep,
Calming breaths.
Beginning to breathe in through the crown of your head and out through the soles of your feet.
Steady,
Deep,
Calming breaths in through the crown of your head and out through the soles of your feet.
Visualize a bubble around you.
This bubble is your energy field,
Your aura.
Notice if it has a color.
Is it transparent or solid in color?
Is it shiny?
Sparkly?
Or muted?
Spend a few moments and take in all of the details of the color of your auric field.
Breathe,
Absorbing into the color of your auric field.
Begin to notice the size of your bubble.
Would you like to expand it out a bit more?
Do you want to bring it in a little closer?
Can you change the size of your bubble with your breath?
What about with your mind?
How far beneath your feet does your bubble go?
Take in all of the details and focus on how to change the size of your bubble.
And breathe into the crown of your head and out through the soles of your feet.
Now,
Take notice of the texture of your bubble.
Is it soft and pliable?
Is it hard and firm like a glass window?
Can you change the texture of your bubble?
Are there any soft spots or do you need to patch any cracks or holes in your bubble?
Take a moment and do some maintenance,
Making sure it is secure and comfortable.
And breathe.
What does it feel like inside your bubble?
Just here,
Soaking in the sensation of being safe and secure inside your auric field.
Now,
Coming back to the present moment.
Breathe it deeply and slowly,
Beginning to blink the eyes open as you come back to this moment.
Your auric field is always around you.
It is an extension of you.
You can check in with it at any point in your day.
Imagine the color or the size.
Patching any holes or cracks or simply just resting in the sensation of being safe and secure.
Breathing in through the crown of your head and out through the soles of your feet.
Breathe in through the soles of your feet.
