Find a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed for a few minutes.

Sitting with your back straight and yet relaxed.

Allowing your breath to simply flow.

Allowing life to breathe you.

Connecting to the infinite energy of source.

All around you,

Alive in every single particle.

Of everything.

From the walls,

From the floor,

From the particle in the air,

From the particle and cell in your body,

Your heart.

All the way to the stars and the infinite space.

Space that unites us in love and unity,

In cooperation.

You as a single cell of part,

That you are part of the whole universe.

So as you remain connected in presence within your body.

Bringing awareness to the functionings of your body that are happening.

Regardless of where your attention is at.

Completely in tune with the intelligence and the rhythm of life.

You are.

You a single point in time,

The connection of the infinite to the finite.

You the expression of the infinite.

In time,

Here and now.

You that energy,

That power,

That love,

That light,

That magnificence.

In every single breath that you inhale and exhale.

As ignite that light within you.

From the center of your being.

Bringing that light into the end of your spine and your base.

Seeing how the light is connected to the earth and its magnetic field.

Rising that light through your spine,

Through your vertebrae.

Now rising on each vertebrae and lighting up your light,

Your electricity within you.

As you light up the bottom of your vertebrae,

This light and electricity flows all the way through your toes.

Igniting your legs.

And as you continue to rise up through your vertebrae.

Now at the level of the back of your heart,

You begin to light up all the nerve endings of your fingers.

Activating your arms,

Your shoulders,

Back of your heart and the front of your body.

Continue moving to the part of the bird's ray that connects to your head and holds your head at the throat and at the level of the occipital ridge.

Connecting you to the power of resonance,

Sound,

Light.

Filling your whole head with light.

The center and now all the levels of different layers of your skin.

Filling your entire skin in this light.

Bringing this light into your room,

Bringing this light into your surroundings,

Your country and the earth and beyond the earth.

Our solar system and beyond the solar system,

Beyond stars,

Beyond,

Beyond and beyond to infinity,

To space.

To source.

Now from the source,

Igniting this connection within you again all the way from the sole of your feet,

Rising from the earth.

Through your spine all the way to the top of your head and above your head.

Beautiful.

Taking a deep breath in through your mouth with an ah and exhaling with a ha.

Inhaling with an ah and exhaling with a ha.

And on the ha you are simply letting go,

Releasing,

Allowing this web of light to hold you,

Support you.

You live in an abandoned universe and therefore you are abandoned because you are the universe.

You simply are that point in time that connects everything with all.

You are the manifestation of source energy,

You are the infinite brought into finite.

Opening your eyes into the view of infinity,

Possibility,

Allowing this view to be your own experience.

It's grace.

Simply stop looking at the one grain of sand,

The one cloud covering the sun.

And open your eyes,

Bring the eyes of infinity and creation and love,

Potentiality and see beyond.

See the larger view of it all.

Every single aspect is there,

Perfectly placed.

Because life is an abandoned universe.

And you are life,

Life expressed through you,

At your own lens,

In your own way of seeing things,

Experiencing through your lens.

And as you widen your light,

Your view of your own life and see your life and love in action,

You are the expression of life.

Life is for you,

Moved through you and is an direct expression of your essence being.

Here now in this point of time that goes beyond,

You are the centre of creation,

You are the centre of the universe.

You are infinity transformed into being.

This life is a treasure,

Every single emotion a manifestation in its pure glory.

The evolution of emotions,

The evolution of your own heart and being.

Nourishing your soul every day,

Feel this grace.

The angels of abundance are still around you.

This face of the trees,
