Hi,
Are you ready to meditate?
Okay,
Let's get ready.
This is going to be a worthiness somatic meditation.
And just go ahead and get comfortable wherever you are sitting.
Wiggle a little bit in your seat.
If you need to stretch out your neck or roll your shoulders,
Whatever it is,
Give your body a little bit of notice that we're coming in there.
And whenever you're ready,
Go ahead and close your eyes and settle in.
Take a deep breath and release.
Take another deep breath.
Fill all the space in your lung,
All the space in your belly.
Bring it all the way down to your genitals and release.
And another big one just like that.
All the space in your lungs.
Bring it all the way down into your belly and reach it down into your genitals.
When you feel full,
Take another sip and release.
Go ahead and find your natural breathing.
Keep that breath going into the belly.
And now I would like for you to imagine that you are in a safe place.
A place where you can feel the most authentically you,
The most free.
Wherever that place is,
Go there now.
Allow yourself to become familiar with the sounds,
Sensations,
Even tastes.
Breathe into your belly this feeling of safety,
This acknowledgement of safety.
And on your deep belly breaths,
Repeat after me.
I am worthy of deep belly breaths.
I am worthy of deep and pleasurable belly breaths.
I am worthy of connection.
I am worthy of connection to my body.
I am worthy of pleasure in my body.
I am worthy of safety in my body.
I am worthy of love.
Now allow yourself to continue those deep belly breaths,
Breathing in and acknowledging the truth around all that you have just.
Allow that truth to fill your body.
Vibrate on every cell.
Go ahead and take one last deep belly breath of gratitude.
On your exhale,
Release anything getting in your way.
It is always my suggestion here,
Give your body physical—maybe that's a kiss on your shoulder or wrapping your arms around yourself,
Maybe that's taking your hands and sweeping them lightly feather-like across your body.
Whatever it is your body is asking for,
Give that to yourself now.
And whenever you're ready,
You may return.
