The Heart of Hearts Meditation.
Get in a comfortable position.
Place your hand over your heart and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath and while exhaling release your thoughts and focus on your breathing.
Breathing deeply.
Breathe out and relax your head,
Face and neck.
Take another deep breath and while exhaling soften your shoulders,
Chest,
Back and abdominal area.
Breathe in and while exhaling release all tensions from your thighs,
Legs and feet.
Feel calmness and peacefulness.
Continue breathing deeply and enjoy nourishing slow breaths.
Allow yourself to relax more and more with every exhale.
The essence of your being is the timeless life force that flows in and through you.
Set an intention to connect to your very core,
To your heart of hearts,
The wise infinite source within.
During this practice you will enter the realm of infinite intelligence,
The dimension of trust and knowing.
You will temporarily dissolve the illusionary boundaries and become one with the Divine.
You will be reaching the realm of answers,
The realm of peacefulness and joy.
Focus on your breathing,
Mentally following every breath in and out.
In and out.
If thoughts appear in your mind,
Just let them pass,
Giving them no attention at all.
Observing them as if they were strangers.
Ponder and feel the source which makes you breathe.
Contemplate the rhythm of the ocean waves.
Breathe as one with the ocean.
The same power that moves water is within you.
It pushes the blood through your vessels.

Expressed through a unique manifestation in a physical form and infinitely connected to other forms of life.
Your conscious mind operates within limitations of its own perceptions.
Your core nature is eternal.
Possibilities,
Solutions,
Answers and opportunities reside in the unlimited realm,
The realm of origin of life.
Any high-speed movement and seeming craziness of daily life has stillness at its core.
There is calmness in the depth of rapid waters,
And even the devastating force of a hurricane holds tranquility in its eye.
In your heart there is peacefulness also.
Reach for it.
Feel the depth,
Composure and certainty of your soul.
It is intertwined with all of life,
And it knows absolute well-being.
Enjoy the stillness and see the light of your spirit.
Contemplate its capacity.
Connect to the most reliable source of wisdom and knowledge within your heart.
You are loved and guided,
Appreciated and adored.
You are valuable beyond measure as you are an expression of divine infinite life focused in a physical body.
You are part of the whole.
The whole wouldn't be whole without you.
Release the urge to look for purpose in being.
Being is the purpose and the source of more being.
Maintain and enhance your connection to your inner power and wisdom.
Allow for playfulness and ease.
Every path leads somewhere.
All paths are connected.
Your road never ends.
So do not worry about the destination.
Choose the direction.
You can correct course at any moment and select a different adventure.

You will be slowly coming out of the meditative state.
