Pure relaxation exercise.

Sit comfortably or lie down.

Close your eyes.

Start breathing deeply.

Allow yourself to softly focus on the guidance you are receiving and follow it.

On the count from 10 to 1,

You will be relaxing your body.

Visualize a soft warm beam of light shining onto your head and streaming down your body,

Helping you to release all resistance.

Focus on your skull.

Allow the light to gently massage your head and dissolve all tensions.

Take a deep breath and while exhaling release all remaining pressure from your skull.

Focus on your forehead.

Breathe deeply and while exhaling relax your skin and all tissues underneath it.

Focus on your face and neck.

Take a deep breath and while exhaling relax your eyes,

Cheeks,

Tongue and mouth.

Release the tension from your neck.

The rays of pleasant light caress your skin and reach deep into your muscles,

Melting away stiffness and stress.

Focus on your shoulders and chest.

The warm and cozy light massages your shoulders,

Helping you release stresses and tensions.

Take a deep inhale and while exhaling relax your upper back,

Shoulders and chest.

Focus on your abdominal area.

Allow the light to penetrate deeply and release any tightness or resistance in your inner organs.

Take a very deep breath and while exhaling relax your stomach and lower back.

Release all stiffness in your muscles and ligaments.

Focus on your pelvis and thighs.

The pleasant light warms your inner organs and melts away tensions.

Breathe deeply and while exhaling let go of all resistances in this area of your body.

Relax your muscles and joints.

4.

Focus on your knees and shins.

The beam of light caresses your knees and shins,

Relaxing your skin and dissolving pressures.

Take a deep breath and while exhaling allow for a complete relaxation.

Focus on your ankles.

Take a deep breath and while exhaling release all tensions from your muscles and joints.

Focus on your feet.

Take a deep inhale and while exhaling relax your toes and the arches of your feet.

Allow the gentle light to massage your feet,

Penetrating deeply and melting away all strains.

Feel your muscles become soft and flexible.

Take a deep breath and while exhaling allow a wave of relaxation to wash over your entire body and take away any remaining tensions,

Worries or stresses.

Imagine sitting in a beautiful forest meadow.

The grass is lush,

Silky and soft.

You are surrounded by fragrant flowers.

Behind you are giant ancient trees.

Their mighty trunks are steady and solid.

Their roots are deep and connected.

Butterflies are flying around you gracefully.

You extend your hand and a lovely blue butterfly sits on your palm.

Its wings are so refined glistening like a pearl in the sun.

You feel enchanted by its beauty.

The butterfly flaps its wings and takes off.

A light pleasant breeze carries a cloud and it starts drizzling even though the sun is still shining.

Refreshing drops of pleasant rain cover your skin.

This purifying sky shower washes away your worries,

Concerns and stresses.

Your anxieties and fears drip down and get absorbed by Mother Earth.

Every drop takes away your emotional sorrows and pains.

Your vitalizing rain seeps through your body and cleanses every cell.

It pours abundantly and remains pleasant and gentle at the same time.

Allow for this cleansing and renewal.

Relax under this soothing and healing shower.

A beautiful vibrant rainbow appears across the sky.

One end of this rainbow enters the crown of your head and streams down your spine.

The pulsating colors of the rainbow resonate with the corresponding chakras of your body,

Activating and stimulating each one of them.

That red color of the rainbow shines at the base of your spine,

Opening your root chakra.

It grounds you into your physical experience and connects you to the steady support of Mother Earth.

Being orange caresses and penetrates your lower stomach area just below your belly button.

This juicy orange color and radiance stimulates your creativity and inspires new ideas.

The glowing yellow beam is entering your solar plexus area,

Boosting your sense of personal power,

Decisiveness and confidence.

The refreshing green surrounds your heart area,

Opening the flow of love and compassion.

Dazzling blue caresses your throat,

Stimulating your personal voice,

Allowing for truth in your heart to be spoken,

Giving you courage to declare your dreams and to make bold statements.

Deep indigo ray enters the middle of your forehead,

The third eye area,

And connects you to Infinite Intelligence.

It stimulates your intuition and personal wisdom.

Glorious violet streams just above the crown of your head.

It prompts you to remember who you are and why you came into this physical world.

It grows your awareness and nourishes your spiritual growth.

The energies within your body begin to move swiftly,

Prompting vitality and strength.

This powerful rainbow unlocks your dormant talents and abilities.

You feel eager,

Invigorated and enthusiastic.

The rain has stopped and the rainbow disappeared.

The warm pleasant sun rays harmonize your energies,

Establishing an optimal balance of peacefulness,

Certainty,

Confidence and vigor.

Create an inner experience of calmness,

Poise,

Courage,

Trust,

Decisiveness and compassion.

You tend to experience wholeness and profound love.

Resonate with and embody these qualities.

Offer your appreciation for cleansing,

Healing,

Opening and balancing that took place.

On the count from 1 to 5 you will be slowly coming out of the meditative state.

Your mind returns to the present moment.

Focus on the sensations of your physical body,
