Wow! Wow! Wow! You did it. I am so very, very, impressed. When we are in the throes of depression, we cannot make a positive impression. With the last meditation in this series, we are presenting the Mantra of Ecstasy. Yes, the Mantra of Ecstasy: Wahe Guru! Wahe Guru means “Wow, Wisdom! Wow, Divine! Wow, Higher Consciousness.” We will play the harmonium as we chant the mantra. Congratulations, we have made it to the finish line. Now on your mark, get set, ready, and go!

Transcript

This culminates our four part series on anti-depression.

And welcome back.

I know you wouldn't be here unless you've been doing the meditation and you have been getting some results.

That's what we're talking about.

If you do the work,

The work will work for you.

This is spiritual work.

So in our first meditation,

We shared the mantra Aung with you to tune you into your infinite creative consciousness,

The creator in function.

Our second meditation,

We confronted our ego.

And in the third meditation,

We deepened you into a heightened sensitivity.

Today we're going to do the mantra of ecstasy.

The mantra of ecstasy.

It's Waheguru.

Can you say that?

Waheguru.

Wahe means wow and guru means wisdom.

Guru means dark and roo means light.

So a guru takes you from darkness into light.

Guru is always the word.

Waheguru means wow,

Wisdom.

Wow,

Higher consciousness.

So the mantra is Waheguru,

Waheguru,

Waheguru,

Waheguru,

Waheguru,

Waheguru,

Waheguru,

Waheguru,

Waheguru,

Waheguru,

All on one breath.

And then we inhale and then we do it again twice.

And we're just going to do this for three minutes so you can have an experience.

You know it's not real until you have an experience.

The teacher can tell you da da da da da da da da da da da.

But it's not real until you have the experience.

So join me as we chant the mantra with the accompaniment of my harmonium.

Waheguru,

A good one.

A good one.

Waheguru.

Just inhale.

Exhale.

Know that you are living with that breath you just took.

Become deeply aware that you are alive.

And now it's time to live your life fully.

We've given you some gems,

Some tools to come into the ecstasy,

The joy,

The well-being of your life.

Thank you for joining us and thank yourself for doing the work.

You're free to make some offerings to the work that we've done here today and in the past weeks.

I can hardly wait to be with you again for more meditations and live events.

I appreciate you and God be with you.
