We are now on a roll! Don't give up, for those who keep up, will be kept up! This third meditation seems very basic; however, it is extremely powerful and rather advanced as we employ a special pranayama technique to enhance our relationship with subtlety. With this meditation, we activate the top chakra, the pineal gland, the seat of wisdom. Now go for it!

I'm so glad you made it back and I hope you've been practicing regularly the other two meditations that we have given you because today we're going to introduce a third one to you.

This meditation that we're going to share today is very simple and basic,

However extremely powerful.

We need our spirit to work for us in every situation.

We need to employ our courage in every moment of calamity.

We need our grace to be present in every moment of challenge.

And what we do not need is negativity of being.

We need to be at one with the one.

So this meditation,

Just bring your hands in Gyan Mudra.

Gyan Mudra is the mudra of wisdom.

So with the right hand you bring the thumb tip together with the tip of the Jupiter finger,

The index finger.

And that's going to make a circle and the Saturn and the Sun and the Mercury finger are straight,

Extended.

And you do the same thing with the left hand.

Bring the thumb tip together with the tip of the Jupiter finger,

The index finger together.

And the other three fingers are extended straight.

Now just place your right Gyan Mudra on your lap and the left hand in Gyan Mudra on your lap.

And focus your eyes with your eyes closed at the top of your head,

The soft spot in the baby's head,

The middle part of your skull.

And you're going to inhale as little breath as you can.

But in so doing you still are going to completely fill up the lungs with the inhalation.

So it's like slowly,

Slowly,

Lightly,

Lightly breathing until you fill up the lungs and exhale.

So you inhale very little breath through the nose until the lungs inflate with the breath.

Then exhale the breath out just as lightly.

You'll get very high with this meditation.

Let's see if we can do it just for three minutes.

It seems like the most basic of exercises,

Meditations,

But you're focusing at the top of the head.

That is the seventh chakra.

Where there is no negativity is the chakra where wisdom is enhanced.

So just focus there and breathe lightly through the nose until the lungs are filled with the breath.

You're doing great.

Keep up.

Focusing at the top of the head.

Glad you're bringing it up.

Just a little bit more.

You're getting higher and higher.

This will take you to ecstasy.

You're getting higher and higher.

Inhale.

Exhale.

I did the meditation with you.

And I'm feeling pretty good.

Well,

This is how we want to feel most of the time.

Calm.

Centered.

Very conscious.

So just think if you did this meditation on a regular basis,

I don't think you'll be able to still depression.

This particular meditation is focusing on the pineal gland.

The soft spot in the baby's head.

Now this can also calcify.

And they've come to understand the scientists are linking this calcification to possible links to schizophrenia,

Alzheimer's disease,

And depression.

So in doing this meditation,

And focusing on the pineal gland,

We're coming to a time and space to where we're connecting with the physical,

But going into the psychic dimension.

It is that gland which is the link between the physical and the psychic.

So in doing this meditation daily,

We will come to a blissfulness of being.

When we focus the eyes at the tip of the nose,

We're cleansing the mind.

When we focus the eyes at the third eye,

The inner eye,

The mind's eye,

We're focusing the mind.

When we focus the eyes at the top of the head,

As we did in this meditation,

We're taking the mind to a blissful state of being,

The high sensitivity,

The state of wisdom.

Now to really attain the effect,

You have to practice it daily.

I suggest you do it every day for a week,

Seven days,

For 11 minutes at a time.

And then let's report back at the end of the week and get ready for our last meditation in this anti-depression series.

See you soon.
