The breathing space.

Take an alert and dignified posture,

Sitting down or standing,

And just ask yourself,

What is here right now?

What are you feeling?

What are you thinking?

And what emotions are here right now?

And then bringing your attention to one focus point,

Your breathing.

Aware of the in-breath,

Aware of the out-breath.

Breathing in,

And breathing out.

Just breathing.

And when you're ready,

You can broaden your attention to your whole body,

To any sensation in your body right now,

You can breathe towards it and soften it.

What are your thoughts right now?

And what are your emotions?

In this moment,

Meet your Teacher
