Good morning.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is let go.
Surrender is not giving up.
It's releasing what was never ours to control in the first place.
We wake each morning and dress ourselves not just in clothing but in all our worries,
Our need to control,
Our fears about what might happen.
We carry these burdens thinking they protect us when actually they weigh us down.
Like floating on a river instead of sinking like a stone.
Find a comfortable position and allow your gaze to soften.
Take a slow deep breath in and let it go.
Now,
I'm going to guide you through surrendering four areas of your life.
The first one,
Bring to mind a challenging situation you're currently facing.
See it clearly.
And now release it with these words,
I surrender this to divine love.
I surrender this to divine love.
Next,
Think of a difficult relationship or person in your life.
Notice any tension or heaviness around this.
And now let it go.
I surrender this to divine love.
Now bring up a worry about the future,
Something you've been trying to figure out or control.
Feel how exhausting it is to carry this.
Now release it.
I surrender this to divine love.
Finally,
Think of something about yourself you've been struggling to change or fix.
And now surrender it.
I surrender this to divine love.
Feel the space that surrender creates.
Feel how divine love receives everything you release.
Just imagine moving through today,
Surrendering to divine love,
Allowing your day to flow with ease.
Whenever you notice yourself gripping,
Controlling or worrying,
Remember these five words,
I surrender this to divine love.
Each time you return to this practice,
You strengthen your surrender muscle,
Making it easier to let go in daily life.
And remember divine soul,
Wherever you go today,
Your presence is a blessing.
Aum Shanti.
