Hello,
You wonderful soul,
And welcome to this guided meditation.
Before we begin,
I invite you to remind yourself that this time is for you and only for you.
Allow yourself to be fully present and release all thoughts that have to do with either the future or the past.
Find a comfortable position and if you ever feel like changing your position throughout the meditation,
You're free to do so.
Let's just close our eyes and take a deep breath in,
Hold it for a bit and then let it all go.
Whatever happened to you today,
Whatever you may have experienced,
You made it through that and you are here now.
You are here and you can rest now.
Let's take another deep breath in and as you breathe out,
You release any tension that you can feel in your body.
Release your day.
Let's take a third deep breath in and as you do so,
Imagine breathing in pure love.
As you exhale,
You can feel all of the worries of the day being fully released and the sensation of relaxation is beginning to fill your body.
Continue to breathe softly as we go on a journey in our minds.
Imagine being on a beach.
It's a beautiful warm summer evening.
The sun is shining and the sky is clear.
The temperature is just perfect.
You look around to see the most beautiful ocean you've ever seen.
The water is shimmering in an intense but yet so peaceful light.
You take a step forward to take a closer look at the water.
As you do so,
You notice that the water is extremely clear.
You can see the sand of the beach as if there was nothing in between.
Take another step forward and you instantly get a deep sense of well-being.
As you feel that the water is calming you down more and more,
You decide to go into it.
As soon as your feet touch this peaceful but yet so powerful sea,
You instantly feel the steep power it holds.
Power to help you let go.
Power to clear all the old negative energy.
Power to renew yourself.
You take a few steps and with each step a deep feeling of thankfulness comes up.
Thankfulness for this wonderful world,
This beautiful view of thankfulness for knowing that you are now getting cleared from all the negative energy.
Before you fully enter,
You take a moment to look at the sun,
This beautiful big ball of energy.
You smile at the sun and you take a deep breath in and out.
A deep sense of enjoyment comes up,
Enjoyment for this life,
Enjoyment and thankfulness just like you are taking care of yourself.
As you're now fully in the water you notice how calm you suddenly are.
You instantly feel a deep connection to this water.
It feels so familiar,
So trustworthy.
You hold on and let yourself float in a soft wave of this ocean.
You're now floating there in this beautiful and cleansing water.
You can now relax fully with the knowing that the salt of the water will carry and cleanse you.
All the negative energy is being washed away.
You are at peace.
You feel completely weightless and you're at peace.
All the worries,
All the negative energy is being cleansed.
While you can just float there and relax.
All the negative energy is being washed away.
Forgive.
You are at peace.
Take peace with your past and the water will assist you.
Let it go and forgive.
After a while you slowly start to get out of the water and with each step you notice how renewed you feel.
You let go of all the negative energy and whatever you may feel now,
Even if you feel nothing,
It doesn't matter.
You have been cleansed and your energy field is clearer than ever before.
You take a last glimpse into the sun as it is finally going down.
With a deep sense of well-being you say thank you.
Thank you for helping me,
Cleansing and assisting me.
You have let go and you now feel fresh and renewed.
Feel the freedom you just made.
Now it's time to get back into our bodies.
Maybe you can start wiggling your toes or hands and slowly become present again.
If you feel ready you can softly open your eyes.
