Hello you wonderful soul and welcome to this guided meditation.
I invite you to remind yourself that this time is for you and for you alone.
Allow yourself to be fully present and release all thoughts that have to do with either the future or the past.
Let's just close our eyes softly and take a deep breath in,
Hold it for a bit and let it all go.
Whatever may happen today,
Whatever you may have experienced,
You made it through that and you are here now.
You are here and you can rest now.
Let's take another deep breath in and as you breathe out,
You release any tension that you can feel in your body.
Let's take a third deep breath in and as you do so,
Imagine breathing in pure love.
As you exhale,
You can feel all of the worries of the day being fully released and a sensation of relaxation is beginning to fill your body.
Now I want you to do a little breathing exercise with me.
I want you to breathe in while I count to four,
Then hold it for four seconds,
Breathe out four seconds and hold it there again for four seconds.
So we can just try that if you are ready.
Let's just inhale,

Notice how calm you've become.
Now,
If you're ready,
We can close this tiny meditation up with some affirmations.
So,
Just repeat after me in your mind,
Or say it out loud,
Just feel it.
Every part of me is beautiful.
I'm worthy of my dreams and goals.
My mind is filled with positive thoughts.
I matter.
I am an amazing person.
Today is filled with positivity,
Light and love.
