Hello you wonderful being and welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Hannah and before we begin I invite you to remind yourself that this time is for you and for you alone.
Just allow yourself to be fully present and release all thoughts that have to do with either the future or the past.
Find a comfortable position and if you ever feel like changing your position throughout the meditation you are free to do so anytime.
Let's just close our eyes softly and take a deep breath in.
Hold it for a bit and let it all go.
Whatever may happen today,
Whatever you may have experienced,
You made it through that and you are here now.
You are here and you can rest now.
And take a deep breath in.
Hold it for a bit and as you breathe out you release any tension that you can feel in your body right now.
Release your day.
Let's just take a third deep breath in and as you do so imagine breathing in pure love.
As you exhale you can feel all of the worries of today being fully released and a sensation of relaxation is beginning to fill your body.
So in this meditation we really focus on accepting your emotions and healing and opening your heart as the heart is just opened by feeling and allowing to feel whatever comes up and being thankful.
So if you have any injury or noticeable tension you can ask this part of your body to release the feelings that are suppressed here.
And it's super cool if you feel nothing coming up or if you even feel overwhelmed by those sensations or feelings.
So just sit there and see if something comes up.
Just tune into your body in a loving and kind way.
Listen to your body.
Does it have to say anything to you?
Where does it hold tension?
Really ask yourself how are you feeling right now at this very moment?
Is it peaceful?
Are you feeling anxious?
What is uncomfortable if there is something?
The key is to just accept what it is.
Just let those feelings that come up or may not come up manifest themselves.
And what I mean by that is to simply allow them to get physical.
You may want to scream if you're angry or cry if you feel so much sadness that you may have suppressed for a long,
Long time.
Really allow these emotions to take full control over you for just a moment.
Let them be.
And maybe you notice that your face is really tensioned or anything else in your body.
And that's just fine.
Because after we fully accept these feelings,
They will go.
Because emotions,
You see,
Are only here to help us.
To show us something.
Without emotions,
We wouldn't know where our wants are or what we need to heal.
So really try not just to accept but to fully tune into your emotions right now.
And give them a hug.
Be thankful for them.
Thank you for being here.
Thank you for showing up.
Really tune into the feelings right now.
And it's totally alright if you feel overwhelmed or chaotic or if you even feel nothing at all.
It's really just about listening to yourself.
Say to your body,
I hear you.
I'm listening.
Really just explore the sensations that come up.
Are you shivering?
Is it cold?
Is it warm?
Are you sweating somewhere?
All of this is cleansing you.
All that is coming up has been suppressed for a time.
And it's so important to let feelings be and to let emotions be here with you.
And hug them.
Say thank you that you are here.
And you will see once you really accept them and allow them to be,
They vanish.
They will go one by one.
And suddenly everything seems so clear and peaceful.
The uncomfortable emotions that you had are now transformed because you let them to live through you and you lived through them.
Because emotions are here to be lived and not to be suppressed.
I will give you a minute to really just feel if something is still there that wants to come to the surface.
Always just allow.
If nothing comes,
It's also more than fine.
You really want to just relax and tap into this peaceful energy of acceptance and awareness.
You can tune in into your heart.
You can tune in into your stomach or into your head.
How does it feel there?
Is there something that wants to be felt?
Is there something that wants to be accepted?
Allow and it will be transformed.
So if you feel ready to really open your eyes,
Just let it go.
Open our hearts again.
I want you to think of a few things or one thing for what you are thankful for.
You can think about your talents or relationships.
It could be your health or that you are able to get carried by your feet all day without noticing or that you have access to clean fresh water every day.
All these things where we think that they are natural,
They are showing us a huge opportunity for us to be grateful and thankful for them because for many people they are natural.
So just find a few things that you want to close this meditation with,
Breathe them in,
Something that really makes you happy to think about and set the intention to allow your emotions to be because if you let them,
They will go.
