Hello,
You wonderful soul,
And welcome to this meditation.
I want you to find a comfortable position and rest your body.
First of all,
I want you to take three deep breaths so that you can really let go of all of the events that happened today.
There is no need to hold on to that.
Just let it go.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
Hold it for a moment and then let it go completely.
Take another deep breath and as you do so,
Imagine you are breathing in pure love.
As you exhale,
You are sending out forgiveness.
Take a third deep breath in and hold it for a moment.
As you exhale completely,
You feel all of the worries of the day being released and the sensation of relaxation is beginning to fill your body.
Continue to breathe softly as you go on a journey in our minds.
Let's envision a path that goes through the most wonderful forests that you've ever seen.
The trees are shining in a vibrant and yet so peaceful green light.
Soon you notice this forest is full of life and you can see the most beautiful birds and butterflies flying around,
Comforting you,
Spreading love,
Making you feel alive and at peace.
You see the sun going down and you can feel the warmth that it gives you.
You take a moment and you look into the wonderful sun and as you start doing that,
You instantly get a strong deep feeling of inner well-being and love.
Love for this planet,
Love that you are here,
That you used your time to treat yourself.
Maybe you even envision people that you love or who are loving you,
People who you're thankful for,
Having them in your life,
Surrounding you and giving you the love you deserve.
As you stand there on this path,
You now close your eyes to get deeper into that feeling.
You start to feel that deep unconditional love coming out of your heart center and spreading more and more over your whole body.
Maybe you even want to smile as you notice how much love you are that you just created.
The love that the birds and the butterflies gave to you before,
You now can feel it yourself.
As you stand on this path with your eyes closed,
You suddenly get that deep sense of healing.
The sun,
This big ball of light is filling you up with prana and it's clearing all the negative energy.
It only wants the best for you.
Grief all of that life force energy in and let it all go.
Give yourself and free yourself of all the things you wish you had done differently.
Forgive you and feel that freedom you made by doing so.
And whatever you may feel now,
Even if you feel nothing,
It's perfectly fine.
Your body and you knows best how to heal yourself and you can trust that.
As you stand on this path surrounded by the most beautiful trees and creatures,
You open your eyes again and you can see all the butterflies and beautiful birds flying around you.
They have been there with you all the time protecting and nourishing you with peace and healing.
A deep sense of thankfulness comes up as you say to them,
Thank you.
Thank you for protecting me.
But you can go now.
And as you say that,
They peacefully fly away as the sun is finally going down.
You've made peace and now feel the divine love in yourself.
You can sit in this energy as long as you like.
I will go now.
