Mind And Body Scan Relaxation

When are going through a stressful situation, our body tenses up, and our mind may become foggy. We may feel dizzy or even have a headache. There may be a host of other negative feelings happening as well. During this one-hour meditation music selection, do a mind and body scan. Focus on any areas where you may feel tension. Think about what led to this tension in your mind and body. Focus on relaxing your mind and body.
