Welcome to the Earth Attunement Meditation.
Take a deep breath in and let it go.
Take a few more breaths like this,
Each time deepening your breath and allowing yourself to relax.
Notice any sounds around you.
Hear the sounds furthest away and those closest to you.
Take your attention within.
Deepen your breath.
Draw it into your chest.
Feeling the movement within your body and how you release when you breathe out.
Notice where your body touches the earth.
Feel the support,
The nurturing energy,
The connection.
Connect with the energy of your season,
Wherever you are on the planet.
Your day or night.
Warm,
Wet or dry.
The sun and the moon.
Now deepen your breath further.
Soften your abdomen.
Deepen your connection with Mother Earth.
Let your energy flow down from you into the planet.
Connecting you with the very heart of the earth.
Connect your heart to hers.
And let love flow between you as you attune to her energy at this time.
Allow yourself to feel what she feels.
So you know how to move forward in life and what you might need yourself.
Allow any resistance to drift away as you receive any guidance that comes forward for you.
When you feel that you have finished this meditation,
Bring your awareness back into your body.
Maybe by moving your fingers and toes.
When you feel ready,
Just open your eyes.
