Change - From Mother Earth

We often feel that we want to move quickly through hardships, initiations, and challenges but sadly, we can't rush change. We see others on the other side of growth and desperately want what they have, but we only see a snapshot, there's no way to know what people have faced in this lifetime or the generational pain they carry from many lifetimes.

It's all in due time.

The change from Mother Earth. A cascade of thoughts drops into a tiny shot glass, With the silent release of a bungee cord. Face pressed up against the glass, A yearning for another life. A quiet rolling thunder brings rain, With drops, Random with purpose, All blending. Stirring the quake within, Let the water soften the jagged edges. Welcome the muck, With a stickiness, A restlessness. Dance and twirl in the night, With the wisdom of a thousand lifetimes. No lasting peace, No comfort in growth. A warm whisper, Change takes time.
