Transcript

Welcome to this healing journey.

Find yourself in a comfortable seat or any way that makes you the most comfortable.

And find yourself 10% more comfortable any way that works for you.

Simply close your eyes and with your next inhale roll the eyes up towards the crown of the head.

And with the exhale let them float back down.

And let them roll up with the inhale and let them float back down.

And do this a few more times,

Settling yourself and getting really comfortable.

Let your feet have some weight.

Let your legs have weight.

And let your buttocks have weight.

Release the torso,

The hands and arms.

Release the shoulders.

Let them sink away from the ears.

Let the face relax.

By letting the jaw joint relax and release,

Letting go of any tension or tightness.

The teeth will part.

The cheeks will soften.

And soften the ears,

Outside and inside ears.

Release the temples.

Release the forehead.

And release the eyes and their sockets.

Let the muscles of the eyes be soft.

The eyelids soft.

And the brows melt.

And let the scalp,

Just let every hair dangle,

Letting gravity slowly let it descend.

Give up any holding anywhere and start to notice your breath.

Notice you're aware of the breath coming in through the nose and down the windpipe,

Draw it past the belly button,

Into the lower abdomen,

As if there was a balloon hanging at the navel.

And just notice the breath coming in and coming out,

With no judgment.

Any thoughts come into your brain,

Just come back to the breath,

As you slowly guide the breath down into the lower belly,

As you release and let the belly swell with breath.

No effort.

Just release and allow.

Let the breath become longer and deeper and fuller.

Let the belly swell and fill.

No struggles,

No expectations.

Let the breath open you.

Let your body breathe.

Let the breath come up into the ribs and collar bones,

If there's a chance you can open that.

Be with your breath.

Allow the opening,

The swelling,

The filling coming into your entire torso.

And imagine there's a brilliant white,

Sparkling light above your head.

You can see it.

It's so bright,

Even with your eyes closed,

You can feel and sense the warmth,

The heat,

A protection as it cascades,

It's raised down and envelops your body.

Being there in a cocoon of light,

Brilliant and bright,

And it feels so secure and safe that you let go of any guard that you have left holding.

And be with your breath,

And be with the light.

My acid mantle makes a protective coating over my entire being.

Every square inch of me is protected from viruses,

Organisms,

Bacteria.

My mouth,

Eyes,

Nose,

And ears have fluids designed to keep me safe and ward off diseases.

My immune system is a perfectly working,

Perfectly designed,

Flawless system.

When needed,

My antibodies kick in to fight off germs.

My lymphocytes and phagocytes envelop and destroy any invaders that come.

And I have B cells,

Killer T cells,

Helper T cells,

Regulatory T cells.

I am an amazing creation designed for self-healing.

How?

How am I self-healing?

I relax and I breathe.

I draw my breath into the nose.

I feel the cooling around the nostril rim.

I sense the air moving into the walls of my nostrils and moving the hairs inside my nostrils.

I feel the oxygen-rich air coming down and filling my belly,

Ribs,

Torso with oxygen,

Life-giving oxygen.

I release any holding.

I feel my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

I let my body breathe.

Without any judgment,

Notice the fullness.

Notice the switch when you inhale and then exhale.

Notice the depth of the breath,

The space with the breath,

The feeling of the breath.

You can practice with any certificate method.

Scan your body now.

Look,

Feel and notice areas that may be hurting or need healing.

Bring your loving attention to those areas now.

Draw in any of your immune system's defenses that you may need to send the healing.

Envision the healing happening.

See sense and feel it.

And assist that immune system with your breath and send your breath to those areas.

And send peace to those areas.

And breathe peace into your entire being.

Feel.

Feeling the fullness of peace,

Expansion throughout your entire being,

Supported by the breath moving throughout your entire being,

Filling you,

Healing you.

Feel the fullness of peace,

Expansion throughout your entire being,

Filling you,

Healing you.

Feel the fullness of peace,

Expansion throughout your entire being,

Filling you,

Healing you.

Say to yourself,

I am full of life,

Light,

Love and peace.

I radiate well-being and health.

Very nice. The background noises were a little distracting - kind of sounded like a stomach growling. Otherwise very soothing.
