How are you?
Really notice how you're feeling.
Notice if your thoughts are fleeting or if your thoughts are slow.
If your thoughts are kind,
If your thoughts are mean,
If your thoughts are really,
Really loving.
I want you to sit with yourself right in this moment and just check in.
Just check in with all of the parts of yourself.
It may have been a while since you sat here.
You may never have sat here.
You've just been at one with all the parts of yourself.
Now is the time to remember who it is you were born to be.
Not for anyone else,
Just for you.
I want you to imagine that your heart is expanding like a balloon.
Little by little it's inflating and expanding.
And as you're imagining that your heart is expanding and inflating little by little,
I want you to smile just gently so that your cheeks softly rise.
I want you to focus on your breathing in through your nose,
Deep,
Deep down in your belly.
Feel that air as it's going in through your nostrils.
Deep,
Deep into the base of your spine,
Into your sit bones,
Into your belly,
Into your chest,
Into your shoulders,
Into your throat,
In through your nose.
I want you to feel that breath as it enters your body and awakens your beautiful senses.
As that heart of yours is expanding and inflating.
I just want you to keep that smile gently on your face and coming back to remembering everything that's within.
Everything that already exists within you.
There is not one thing that you need to change because you're perfect.
Just as you are in this moment.
Just know that about yourself.
As you're checking in.
Send yourself some love.
Send yourself some compassion.
Send yourself some kindness.
And remember how magnificent,
How remarkable,
How worthy,
And how lovable you truly are.
You hold the key to everything that you are.
And when you choose,
You can unlock the lock to your soul and you can expose all of the magnificent gifts that are inside of you at any moment.
Remembering to keep focusing on your breathing.
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
And remembering you are just perfect.
Nothing needs to change.
You just need to keep imagining your heart filling and inflating with love.
Expanding with pure love.
You hold the key.
You have all of the power to control how the world sees you.
By how you see yourself.
Send yourself some love.
Send yourself some kindness.
Send yourself some compassion.
Send yourself some gratitude for all of the steps that you've taken up until this moment.
And how the moment that you entered the world,
The world changed for the better because you entered into the world.
I want you to sit with yourself for a moment.
As you're breathing in,
Filling up your amazing temple.
Filling up your amazing body with love and light and kindness,
Compassion.
And I want you just to notice how it feels to send all of those things to you from you.
Just breathing.
Allowing your thoughts to come in and go out with no attachment.
None whatsoever.
Because you're just being in the space of you and you have everything you need.
To go within,
All of the answers are right there.
Let the day or night be filled with love and kindness for yourself.
And it starts there.
I want you to take one deep inhalation through your nose.
And feel that air as it goes deep into every fibre of your body.
As you nourish yourself with love and kindness.
And soft gentle smile on your face with your cheeks slightly risen on each side.
And remembering that you are perfect just as you are.
