Let's begin an exercise,
A meditation,
To bring energy into our heart and open to higher guidance.
First begin by taking a few natural breaths.
Remind yourself that there is nowhere to go.
There's nowhere to be.
There's no one to be.
You are simply here.
Feeling the breath anchored in the body,
Allow yourself to feel the breath passing into the nose,
Into the lungs,
And out of the lungs.
Feeling the breath in your lungs,
Open yourself to your heart center.
Feel the air of the heart,
The vibrations of the heart,
The air that is flowing through the center of the heart,
The vibrations of the heart flow from your heart center down the arms into your hands.
We take in energy through the heart center and we release it out of the arms into the hands.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Focusing on the heart center.
Now place your attention on the back of the heart,
That is,
The area of the back that is just behind your heart center.
And allow yourself to breathe freely in that area,
The back of the heart.
Allow the breath to fully flow from your lungs into the heart,
Out through the back,
Opening up this area and asking yourself to open to guidance.
If you feel comfortable,
You may ask your guides,
Your guidance,
Whether you perceive that as your soul,
God,
Consciousness,
Higher beings,
To join you here in your heart.
And allow yourself to feel the sensation of that guidance in your heart,
In your body.
You may almost feel as if you have wings.
Breath is freely breathing you now.
If there are feelings here that feel the need to be released,
Allow those to release now,
Knowing that you are being held and supported.
Placing your hands near your heart center,
Give yourself thanks for providing yourself the opportunity to connect in with your divine guidance.
And thank your divine guidance,
Thank your higher guidance for spending time with you,
For lighting your path.
When you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
