In this meditation, you will be guided to clear your mind and activate your pineal gland. By using your breath and intention you can release the mind. Once you are relaxed and feel peaceful begin to hum. Humming is wonderful way to clear yourself & connect to your inner temple. When you tap into all your senses to create, you manifest much quicker.

Find a nice,

Comfortable space where you can relax and let go.

You can either lie down or find a comfortable chair to sit in.

Start by taking five deep,

Cleansing breaths.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

With each breath,

Imagine your mind getting clearer and clearer.

Like a cloud,

Like a white,

Fluffy cloud,

Begin to let go and go deeper.

With each breath,

Imagine your mind is getting sharper and sharper.

Clearing out the old to make way for the new.

Now bring the breath into the back of your head and circulate it to the front.

Do this five more times,

Each time removing unwanted thoughts,

Brain fog,

Mental chatter.

Release with each exhale and cleanse with each inhale.

Focus on the light and your breath.

Continue this circular motion in your mind until you feel clear.

Breathing in gratitude,

Breathing out judgments.

If you have a stubborn thought,

Wrap it in a pink bubble.

Now begin to hum.

Hum like no one is listening.

Hum in your face and feel the vibration deepening during this cleanse.

Open your ears to your angels.

Open your mind to yourself.

Now hum in your nasal cavity.

Hum in your chest.

Feel your own vibe.

Feel this in the back of your spine as you feel the light in your mind expanding.

Now bring that light down the back of your spine and circulate it throughout your body.

Breathe deeply.

Breathing in love and breathing out gratitude.

Clearing your mind and your soul,

Allowing the music to fill you.

Fill every cell of your being.

Now make an E sound into your body and continue to play with your breath and sounds until you are ready.

Smile as you E.

Expanding your consciousness,

Expanding your awareness.

Now focus on your pineal gland.

Smell the scent of pine and focus on the image of a pine cone.

Bring your closed eyes up into your forehead and imagine you're activating the pineal area.

You can make more sound or be quiet depending on your mood.

Smell the pine tree.

See the pine cone activating your pineal gland.

You can open this as much as you like to gain insights.

You can jot down any wisdom or insights you receive.

Make sure when you're done,

You close it.

You can also open it slightly to go throughout your day.

Remember,

You never want to be wide open all the time.

Gauge when and where it is appropriate.

Feel when and where it is appropriate to have this area open.

Now bring down the golden light of the sun to seal in your energy field.

Warm golden liquid life force energy from the sun.

Once you have completed this,

Run your divine line up and down the front of your spine and ground.

Grounding in this newfound activation and energy.

When you feel complete,

Slowly bring yourself back to present time consciousness and have a beautiful,

Beautiful day.

Carry this medicine with you always.
