So this ceremony will disconnect you in a very deep way so that you can just send white light,
Forgiveness,
And love to that person and receive it yourself and let go.
So I'd like you to find a comfortable place to relax,
Sit down,
Or lie down,
Whichever feels best.
Take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
With each breath,
Let go.
Go deeper into your heart center.
As you breathe and release,
I want you to imagine this person.
It could be a person who has hurt you.
It could be an ex-lover.
It can be a parent.
Whoever it is that you feel you're accorded to,
I want you to imagine them with their angels and guides all around them,
Even if they have deeply hurt you.
I want you to imagine the cord coming from your heart,
And I want you to see or feel where you think it is on their body.
I want you to send white light,
Forgiveness,
And love from the cord in your heart to the cord on the person.
Take another deep breath and release that cord,
Sending all their energy back to them now.
White light,
Forgiveness,
And love.
Taking your cord and writing love on it,
Bring it back into your heart and breathe.
And now imagine that their angels and guides are turning them around and walking them away.
Take some deep cleansing breaths.
Come back to your center.
Know that you are divinely guided and absolutely protected at all times.
Become your own best friend.
