And now it's time to let go of all of the stress,
The heaviness,
The mental confusion,
Any negativity,
Being aware of your body,
Taking a deep breath and intend that this time is for you.
And repeating,
I now release all negative thoughts,
All negative vibrations,
All negative emotions and all negative feelings from my body,
Mind and energy field.
Breathing in and releasing.
Be aware of your body and your breath.
And repeat after me.
I now release all stress that I've absorbed from my environment and I set that free from my body,
Mind and energy field now.
Take a deep breath in and releasing with the out-breath.
And say,
I release all fear.
I release all fear of change.
And I set myself free to flow with ease and grace into the best ever experience of fulfillment,
Happiness and peace.
Breathing in and releasing.
And say,
I release all negative emotions that I've picked up from people in my environment and I set it free now.
Breathing in and release,
Particularly from the back of your body,
Releasing.
Say I release all anger and frustration from those in my environment today.
And I set this free from my body,
Mind and energy field now.
Breathing in and releasing.
And just take your mind now to anything that happened during this day that felt heavy or stressful or made you feel like your energy was contracting.
And imagine a cord of energy between you and that experience.
And be aware of where that cord is in relation to your physical body.
And say I now release all cords of attachment to all negative experiences,
To people who've been draining my energy and to stress-ors from this day.
I set that all free now,
Breathing in and cut.
Bring your hand down,
Imagine you can cut down the front and back of your body.
Your intention is like a sharp knife to cut this connection,
To set you free,
To set this energy free and bring you to peace.
Say it is not my responsibility to carry this energy and with respect,
I release it now.
And breathing in,
Releasing everywhere.
And just say I call my spirit back from these events and I set myself free to be at peace.
Breathing in and hold and imagine you can breathe straight down through your feet and into the earth.
And just say I release all residual energy from this stressful situation.
And I release the stress.
I can now see clearly and perceive the essence of the best and highest potential.
And I allow myself to be inspired.
And breathing in and expanding your whole energy field like rays of sunlight coming from within you into the world.
And say I'm ready to enjoy my life.
I'm ready to co-create peacefulness.
I'm ready to hold a vision for the highest and best for myself and everyone concerned.
And breathing deeply in and release throughout the whole body,
Mind and energy field.
And imagine now that light,
Pure and beautiful,
Is pouring into the top of your head from the stars and then emanating from you towards the situation.
Lifting,
Shifting,
Pacifying,
Expanding the options as we expand our consciousness.
Using your creative,
Inspired self to be present and aware.
And just enjoy the peacefulness.
Keep your awareness on your breath.
Let your energy expand.
And as we complete our meditation,
Say I am empowered to create well-being,
Peace and harmony.
And so it is.
