Music We call on the Supreme Being,

Divine Mother and Father.

We call on our souls and the Divine Spark within.

We call on Guru and all of the Rishis,

Sages,

Saints and Rabbis,

The great souls who've mastered life on Earth and who are willing to assist us with unconditional love.

Thank you for helping us to learn and grow,

To learn from our mistakes and to move into a more skillful and beautiful future.

We ask this in full faith,

So be it.

Bringing your awareness to the Antakarana,

The pillar of light,

Merging you with the Infinite,

Drawing in electric violet light,

Violet flame from the Divine,

In through the Antakarana,

Down through your whole body,

Into the Earth.

Drawing another wave of energy in from above to fill the whole of your head region,

The crown chakra,

The Ajna chakra,

The back of the head and the throat area.

Send your awareness now back through your day.

And as you review your day,

Going back through time,

Coming to any incident where you feel you didn't give of your best,

Perhaps you were angry or impatient,

Asking for Divine help in healing this situation now.

Think back to what you said,

What you did.

Picture the scene and who you were with as clearly as you can.

Imagine that it's all taking place in a small bubble of light right in front of you,

Connecting again to the violet flame and drawing that energy in from above and filling the bubble of light with the violet flame energy.

Bring it in through your crown chakra and out through your hands,

Intending to completely envelop the situation with Divine energy for purification and healing.

And repeat after me.

I now dissolve all negative thoughts,

Negative words or actions.

I dissolve any negative attitude.

And I ask that any harmful effect of my behavior be dissolved and disintegrated through all time and space now,

Breathing in and releasing.

Say,

May all anger and frustration now be dissolved and disintegrated.

Through Divine grace,

So be it.

Breathing in and releasing.

And asking of the Divine that in the future you have what it takes to be more skillful in these situations,

Bringing peace,

Wisdom and harmony to bear.

Breathing deeply in.

Say,

I have faith that if this were to happen again I would be a skillful peacemaker in this situation.

I would be empowered,

Authentic and peaceful.

In full faith,

So be it.

Drawing energy in through your asana chakra and sending that intention into the situation.

Say,

I have learned from my mistake.

I am willing to learn and grow.

And I ask to be forgiven for any negativity associated with this incident.

Through Divine grace and with a sincere heart,

So be it.

Breathe deeply in and releasing.

Cut from the bubble of energy.

Sending love.

Send love now into the bubble of energy and to all concerned.

And then cut.

Continuing your review,

Going back through time to any other incident,

Whether today,

Last week,

Last month,

Last year.

Going back through time to any situation that requires your attention.

Again,

Think back to what you thought and said.

Picturing the scene and who you were with in as much clarity as possible.

Imagine that the scene is occurring in a small bubble of light in front of you.

Connect upwards to the violet flame.

Fill the bubble with this violet energy by bringing it in through your crown chakra,

Out through your hand,

Filling the bubble of light.

And repeat after me.

Say,

I now dissolve by negative thoughts,

Words and actions.

May any harmful effects be dissolved and disintegrated.

And may all anger be disintegrated.

Through all time and space,

So be it now.

Breathing in and releasing.

Imagine that the situation is now dissolving in front of your eyes.

That the scene of discomfort in your memory is now fading into nothingness.

And instead,

Picture things as you would have liked them to be.

Picture yourself as a skillful,

Empowered and considerate peacemaker.

Say to the person whatever it was that you were trying to communicate with the skill of hindsight.

Thank them for helping you to learn and grow.

Bringing energy in from above into your heart chakra.

Filling with the energy of love,

Feeling it within your own heart and projecting it to the beloved.

See the bubble of light glowing with a pinkish golden light.

Smile at the person and then let this go.

Wish them well and cut.

And now it's time to return to the physical focus.

To the here and now.

Be aware of your surroundings.

Be aware that you are safe.

That you are loved.

And that all is well in your life.
