Hi,
This is Seth Monk.
We're going to do a meditation for healing.
I invite you to get into a comfortable position,
To close your eyes,
And to take a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Down into the belly,
Out through the mouth.
And as you relax,
I invite you to reflect on oneness,
On connectivity.
Every wave is also the ocean.
Each of us is also the universe.
If one wave and the next wave are connected through water,
So too are we in the state we wish to be in,
The person we wish to become,
The healing we wish to experience.
The same thing,
Taking a deep breath,
Feeling the body sitting here,
Feeling the space around the body,
And allowing this boundary between the body and the world to become softer,
To gently dissolve.
We allow,
Through relaxation,
Ourselves to experience a state of oneness.
We connect vibrationally to the prayers of the spiritual teachers of the past,
Present,
Future,
To all beings,
Whether here in this dimension or somewhere else,
To all be present with us.
We invite all of the cures that are present on this earth vibrationally,
All the healing love and understandings.
We invite in any and all helpful energies into our system,
For if we are connected to everything,
Anything we need is already a part of us.
So we allow this flow.
We allow ourselves to receive everything we need,
Acknowledging that we are an open system connected to all of the healing,
All of the resources of the entire universe,
Breathing that truth into the body as we allow ourselves to relax,
To soften,
To rest.
We realize that there is nothing to do,
That healing is a process of allowance.
We are allowing new energy,
New vibrations into our system so that they can do the work for us.
When you open a door or a window to the outside,
The temperature of the air in the room you're in eventually will balance with the temperature outdoors.
The pressure will balance the temperature,
The humidity will balance,
The air will balance.
So too when we open ourselves up into the truth of our connection with the universe,
We allow all of our systems to come into harmony.
We allow our mental system to come into balance.
We allow our emotional system to come into balance.
We allow our physical systems to come into balance.
We allow our energetic systems to come into balance.
We allow all dimensions of ourselves to come into balance by opening,
Allowing,
Intending,
Accepting,
Inviting the shift to occur all by itself.
Taking a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Deep down into the belly,
Out through the mouth,
And just resting in this state for as long as you need,
For as long as you wish,
And allowing the healing to happen through you.
