Settle into a position where your body can rest.

You do not need to hold yourself together right now,

You are allowed to soften.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and release it gently through your mouth.

Let the weight of your body sink downward,

Let the muscles loosen,

Let your nervous system receive the message that it is safe to rest.

Health is not something you force,

It is something you allow.

With every breath,

Imagine your energy field becoming clearer and steadier,

Less tense,

Less reactive,

More supported.

You may notice sensations in the body,

Heaviness,

Lightness,

Warmth,

Or nothing at all.

All of it is welcome.

Your system is responding in its own timing.

Rest here for a moment.

This is where healing begins,

In safety,

In stillness,

In permission.

Now allow these words to move gently through your body.

There is no need to force belief,

Simply allow the frequency of truth to reach what is ready.

I am abundant in health.

My body knows how to return to balance.

I trust my body's intelligence.

I listen to what it needs.

I release tension,

Pressure,

And urgency around healing.

I allow restoration to happen naturally.

Every cell in my body responds to clarity and calm.
