Welcome to the inner light visualization. Take a moment to get comfortable whether you're sitting or lying down. Just let your body relax into the space around you. Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath. Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth, Letting any tension melt away with each breath. Again, Breathe in and slowly breathe out. Breathe in and breathe out. Just relax and let your breath return to normal. As you continue to breathe softly, I want you to imagine a small gentle light growing inside of you, Right in the center of your chest. This light is soft, Warm and calming, Like a candle or a little star. As you breathe, Notice how this light begins to grow brighter with each inhale. With every breath in, This light grows bigger, Warmer and more powerful. It fills your chest with its glow and as it does, You can feel it spreading throughout your body. It flows down into your arms, Reaching all the way to your fingertips, Filling them with warmth and strength. It moves down through your body, Into your legs, All the way to your toes, Filling you with calm and confidence. Feel this light growing even brighter, Expanding with each breath you take. As you continue to breathe, Imagine and feel this beautiful light flowing throughout every part of your body, From your head to your toes. It brings calmness to your mind, Strength to your body and warmth to your heart. Just relax and enjoy the moment, Enjoy the feeling. This light is strong and radiant, Helping you to feel calm, Balanced and confident.
