We will now begin the unleashing meditation.
First,
Prepare the space.
Take some time,
Take a moment to find a comfortable seated position.
Or maybe even reclined.
Getting comfortable,
But not too comfortable where you fall asleep.
Just taking a moment to listen to your breath.
Noticing how it feels on the inhale as it expands your chest.
And on the exhale as you release.
Now settling deeper and deeper into your body.
Feel your toes,
Your feet.
Notice where your sitz bones are.
Where they meet your chair,
The couch,
The bed,
Or even the floor.
And notice Earth,
Her gravitational force that pulls you and holds you.
And take a moment to just be fully here,
Fully present.
Noticing the sensations of your body.
How your body feels today.
Noticing your heart space.
Your mental body.
Now feel,
Sense,
Or see.
From the base of the root chakra,
The base of the spine.
Drawing down just through your imagination.
Just visualizing,
Imagining,
Sensing,
And feeling.
A cord,
A grounding cord that goes down from the base of your spine.
Down through the Earth and the expected layers of Earth.
Reaching down further and further into the center,
The core of Earth.
Where it feels light,
Warm,
And happy.
You may feel as this energy,
This grounding cord clicks into place.
And now we ask the Earth to send up additional love and support.
And she draws her energy up through the grounding cord.
And this grounding cord holds your pelvis,
Goes through your legs,
This energy.
And then she sends her love and her support.
Cradling the pelvis,
The lower body.
Held and safe,
Grounded here in your body,
In this space.
Now feel,
Sense,
Or see a light above your head about 8 inches.
Just focusing on it,
Visualizing what's above your head.
You at 8 inches.
You may already feel sensations.
Noticing the space above your head.
And then a light from above your head expands out this golden white light.
Like the feeling of a warm sun ray touching your face.
It expands over the top of your head,
The crown of your head.
Into your head.
Melting down the back of the spine.
Feeling softening in your shoulders.
This warm light moves down your arms.
Into the palms of your hands and out every finger tip.
This light pulls into the center of your heart.
Bringing spaciousness.
You may feel as this light is supportive and it may even dissolve.
Gently coercing any heaviness.
Or even just holding it so safely,
Sacredly,
Tenderly.
Knowing and feeling that it's supported.
This light melts down through your abdomen.
Around your hips.
Moving down into the legs,
Your knees.
Down through the feet.
And back into the grounding cord with earth.
You're connected to above and below.
Now turning even deeper,
More inward.
Focusing now on your heart space.
Maybe bringing your right hand to your belly and your left hand to your heart.
Taking another inhale,
This time expanding the belly with your breath.
And then in your chest.
And then releasing.
The chest lowers,
The belly goes in.
Now I'll guide you through a visualization.
Feel,
Sense and see that you are now in a grassy meadow.
It's a warm sunny day.
Your toes are in the grass.
And above you,
There's a little butterfly that's flapping its wings.
And it's doing dancing in circles around you.
And you may giggle,
Feeling the lightheartedness.
And it beckons you.
It starts to move in a direction and you can tell it's guiding you to somewhere.
And so this butterfly dances and spirals and starts guiding you along a little path.
And you follow it,
Maybe skipping or giggling and chasing the butterfly.
And in the distance,
You see a garden.
And it has a gate that opens up like palace grounds for you.
The gate opens and beckons you in and the butterfly goes into the garden.
And you stand at the threshold of this garden.
At this gate,
Feeling and sensing.
The beauty taking it all in.
You may see flowers,
Roses,
Orchids,
Maybe some daffodils,
Maybe your favorite flower,
Bushes.
You may see some cherry trees and a big oak tree.
This is your garden.
And you enter this space.
And you're walking along this path still with this butterfly that's guiding you to the center of the garden.
And in the center of this garden,
You see a huge water fountain.
The water fountain is overflowing.
It's bubbling from the top and moving down.
And you approach the water fountain.
You look at the reflection of yourself in the fountain.
You touch maybe the water.
And then in the distance,
You see a figure.
It's a small figure.
And they're playing with some toys.
And so you start to walk over and you see it's your child,
Your inner child.
A younger version of yourself.
And you approach them.
And you see them playing with their toys or maybe even some art materials or playing with the bugs or the ants or some doll.
And they're excited to see you.
They see you and they run over to you and they embrace you.
And you embrace them.
And you notice what age they are,
What they're wearing,
How they're feeling.
And they invite you to play with them.
And you play with this beautiful child,
This version of you that's so happy to see you and to play with you.
And they invite you into an activity.
Notice and sense what they are drawn to most and what they want to play with you and what they invite you to.
And you may laugh or giggle as they are playing with you.
And they are just so grateful for your presence.
They are so grateful that you want to play with them and spend time with them today.
You feel the purity of their heart.
You feel the purity of just how happy and free and playful they get to be here in this garden with you.
Now I'd like you to give yourself the permission as if you're talking to your child,
Your inner child,
This version of you.
Giving them the permission to play.
Giving them the permission to explore and to look at the world with wonder and inspiration.
Being reignited as you connect with this part of yourself,
This pure light.
And it's perfectly normal and natural if emotions are arising because maybe you haven't connected with them before or in a long time.
And this is a part of you that's always existed within you.
And maybe it's just felt so heavy.
And if emotions are arising,
This child stands up and sees how you're feeling.
And she reaches for your face.
And this child is holding your hands,
Holding your face.
And she says to you,
I love you.
I love you so much.
I'm so happy you're here.
I'm so proud of you.
And she may offer you other words.
Maybe you offer her some words.
And she embraces you.
They embrace you.
Giving you the biggest hug.
And if you feel called,
Placing your hand over your heart.
And even speaking the words within or out loud.
I give myself permission to create freely.
I give myself permission to play,
Explore,
To make mistakes.
I give myself permission to learn and laugh and to feel joy.
I choose to unleash myself.
I choose to open to my creative,
Innate nature.
And your inner child is holding you.
And you're holding them.
And you feel a green ball of light surrounding the both of you.
In between your hearts.
And this light expands and swirls around.
And it continues to become bigger and brighter around the both of you.
As you integrate as one.
Your child merges with you and you merge with them.
You're surrounded in a rainbow of light.
And that butterfly is dancing around you.
Celebrating and witnessing its excitement for you.
