In this guided audio visualization we will be doing a deep energy clearing through all of the chakras.

Find a comfortable seat or reclined position and close your eyes.

Take a deep inhale expanding the chest and exhale out through the mouth.

We'll first connect with the light.

Feel,

Sense,

Or see up above you up into the sky is a ray of light,

A gateway of light that shines down upon the crown of your head,

Down through your entire being,

Moving through your head,

Your throat,

Your chest,

All the way down your abdomen,

Into your hips,

Down your knees,

Through your feet,

All the way down into earth.

You may feel as this light continues down all the way into the center of earth,

Clicking into place where it feels warm and happy.

And you may feel the support of earth running her energy back up through the channel,

Down into your feet,

Back up your legs,

Supporting your hips,

And meeting into your heart space.

So you have a channel running from above and below.

We will now begin with the root chakra.

At the base of the spine,

Envision a ball of red light.

Feel how warm,

The sense of safety,

The sense of stability.

Feel as the light from above sends through a light of red,

Like a big wave of warming light that runs down from the top of your crown of your head,

Down through your body,

Amplifying this energetic space,

Your chakra,

And clearing out any dust,

Debris.

And you may feel and sense as this energy center spins in a clockwise position.

And as you move up into the sacral chakra,

Which is at the navel,

Just below the belly button,

You feel again as the light sends now an orange ray,

A wave of orange,

Amplifying your sensuality,

Your creativity,

Cleansing out any heaviness,

Debris,

Any feelings of deep shame,

Worry,

Guilt,

Attachments.

Anywhere you felt any power over or under,

Clearing out any attachments to others that are ready to be released in this moment.

And this ray of orange amplifies the space.

And again,

You feel this orange ball being amplified and spinning at its perfect pace.

Now the light continues up into the solar plexus,

Above the belly button,

Just below the chest into your center.

This is the space of your confidence,

The space of your true knowing of your own self.

Feelings of self-esteem and self-worth reside in this chakra.

And again,

From above,

You feel a warm yellow ray of wave amplifying,

Moving through your entire space,

Sending cleansing energies and clearing out all that is not yours and all that is already processed and ready to be released.

And you may also feel down through your grounding cord earth,

Any residue from the lower three chakras gently flowing down into earth.

She loves being able to receive your process consciousness where she recycles it and creates new life.

Feel and sense the yellow ball of energy in your solar plexus.

Feel as it expands and radiates.

And you may even find your posture to sit up or lengthen a little longer.

Moving now up into the heart space in the center of your chest.

The energy here is bright green.

You may see it as emerald,

Or you may also see it as pink.

And again,

The wave of green moves over through your body.

You feel as it cleanses,

Releasing and dissolving.

Any heaviness,

Any grief,

Any longing,

Feeling a deep love and peace.

And you imagine,

Feel and sense this green ball of energy surrounding your entire heart space,

Connected again through the light that is in your heart space.

That amplifies and you may breathe into the space and exhaling out.

Finding softness in the shoulders,

Finding a release in the front and the back of your heart space.

Finding a little more release,

Relaxation.

Now moving up into the throat chakra.

A brilliant blue.

You feel the ball of blue surrounding your throat chakra.

And this also goes into the ears.

Part of the throat chakra isn't just your expression,

But it is also your deep ability to listen.

To listen behind the words,

In between the lines.

And you now feel and sense as waves of blue move through your entire being.

Moving through the chakra,

Amplifying the space.

You may feel as this energy washes over you,

Cleansing out anywhere you felt you did not have the ability or your own personal power.

Anywhere someone else's will took over.

Any voices of others.

And allow this to be cleansed out through you.

And a powerful way to work through recalibrating the throat is to also open up your voice.

So I invite you also to take a deep breath in.

And on your exhale,

Make an audible sound.

As long as you need,

As loud as it needs to be.

And you may feel your whole body recalibrating.

This blue energy surrounds your throat,

Circling and amplifying.

Coming back into a harmonization with all of your other chakras.

Now moving up into the third eye chakra.

You may see this as a violet or indigo.

In between the eyes,

The forehead,

Surrounding your clarion,

Clarion,

Clarion sentient and your psychic faculties.

You feel as the light cleanses out any debris,

Any distortions,

Any patterns in which you've experienced someone else's perception of the world or the way that things need to be.

Clearing out any distortions.

And you may see again as an indigo or a violet light ripples through your entire being.

Cleansing over and dissolving out any debris,

Any heaviness.

And this may also be ancestral templates.

This may also be collective and any media,

Potentially even any religious or environmental upbringing perceptions that are no longer serving you.

And we ask your soul and your guidance team and your higher self to assist you in releasing only what you are ready to release at this time with grace and ease.

I now receive divine guidance.

I now open up my intuition and welcome my gifts.

Through ease and grace,

I receive this now in perfect ways.

Now feel,

Sense,

And see as this violet light continues to circle around,

Finding its perfect harmony with all the other chakras.

We now move it up into the crown,

And you notice how simple and easy it may feel.

Now that you've started from the root going all the way up,

You have a foundation,

A pillar of cleansed chakras,

Supported,

Grounded,

And connected.

And your crown chakra is a white or golden white light just on top of your head at the very,

Very crown,

And then also a little bit outside.

It's the only chakra that is slightly outside of your physical body.

And this is because you are connected to all,

To limitless power,

Limitless solutions,

Limitless and infinite intelligence.

And so any distortions and any blocks here,

Any heaviness placed by yourself or others,

Any beliefs that no longer serve you,

That you are ready and willing to release,

You now feel as the light,

Your higher self,

Your guidance team,

Assists you now in clearing any debris,

Any heaviness,

Any constructs,

And all that no longer serves you.

You may feel this instantly clearing and cleansing and deleting and transmuting across all time,

Space,

Dimensions,

And realities.

This white light,

Golden,

Surrounds your entire crown and a golden light.

You may feel as it circulates and expands and connects you with your highest self.

And you may be able to see or visualize or sense the torus,

The donut-like shape that goes up through your chakras,

Up through the crown,

And out and around,

Down and back up through the root.

The root and the crown are connected.

And we now ask the light and earth,

Any other energetic support,

To now serve you.

And you may feel this as extra light from your guidance,

Extra support,

Or you may even see any symbols and messages.

You have now completed your chakra balancing and energy clearing.

You have completed your healing process and your healing process.
