Welcome to the Peace During Unprecedented Times meditation.
Please find a comfortable seat or reclined position.
Perhaps you're laying on your couch or your bed,
The ground.
Find a comfortable position.
Take a moment to make any adjustments.
Maybe that might be uncrossing your legs or making micro adjustments so that you are fully comfortable.
Now begin to close your eyes if you haven't already done so and go inward.
Feel the weight of your body in your seat,
In your bed,
Or wherever you are.
Feel as the floor,
The chair,
The bed is supporting you,
Holding you.
Notice where your body meets contact and take a moment to wiggle your toes.
Bring awareness to the bottoms of your feet.
Now bring awareness to your sits bones,
Your pelvic cradle.
If you are sitting upright,
Maybe pressing down on the tailbone a little bit as you lift up your chest and then softening the shoulders.
Taking a moment to notice your breath.
Notice as your chest expands on the inhale and contracts on the exhale.
In this very moment,
Acknowledge the safety of where you are right here,
Right now.
And maybe even tell your body and communicate with your body that I am safe.
I am safe.
Oftentimes it helps to communicate this and speak this out loud so that we hear it and that it can help our bodies relax even deeper.
Now take a moment to bring your hand to your belly and one hand to your heart.
You may feel your beating heart below your hand.
Noticing the sensations that you experience as you breathe in.
You maybe notice your belly expands,
Your chest expands,
And again it contracts.
Now let's do a couple deep inhales.
So taking a moment to exhale all of the air out and in through the nose,
Filling up your belly,
Expanding your chest,
And holding just for one moment,
Getting one extra sip of air up at the top.
And on your exhale,
Exhale out through the mouth and you may even have an audible ah as you release all of the air out of your belly,
Out of your chest.
Maybe even waves of tension melt away,
Even just in that.
And let's take another deep breath in,
This time making it even bigger,
Inhaling in through the nose,
Expanding the belly,
The chest,
And then exhale,
H-A,
Audible ah.
And then returning the breath back to normal,
And you can keep your hands here or set them aside.
And we will begin the meditation now that you are deeply settled,
Deeply present.
First,
We begin with calling in the highest light.
You may feel a light above your head,
Expanding about eight inches above your head.
And you might notice as you bring your attention just above your head,
Maybe tingles as you bring your focus there.
And it becomes this light that begins to expand.
And it expands greater than the width of your head.
Then this light pours down over your head,
Onto your shoulders.
Going down your back body and then going in the front body.
And this light encompasses your entire space.
You may feel this light continuing down across your abdomen,
Into your hips,
Down your legs,
Down towards your feet,
And below your feet.
And then it expands so that you are in a bubble of light.
And take a moment,
Notice and sense,
Visualize this light expanding a little bit wider and wider and wider.
Notice the edges of which this light expands into your field.
Now we will begin with rooting and visualizing and intending to root from the base of the spine,
Visualizing roots that go down through the base of your spine from the root chakra down to earth.
You may feel as it goes down through your legs and just your intention is perfect.
Your soul knows how to do this.
We're going to root down through the legs,
Through the feet,
And then down into the earth.
Passing the expected layers of earth,
Rooting down deeper and deeper.
And then you reach the center,
The core of earth.
And you may feel light,
Grounding,
Warm presence.
And you may even feel as your roots and this channel from the base of your spine,
This grounding cord,
Clicks into place.
And if you've never done this before,
I promise you're doing it perfectly.
Just the intention and going in that direction is perfect.
You may feel already a sense of a grounding,
Maybe even a sense of a presence,
An aliveness below your feet.
This is earth.
This is mother earth.
And she so lovingly sends her light and her love and her support.
Back up through those roots,
Up this channel,
Up through the expected layers of earth,
Up into your feet,
Into your knees and your legs,
And into your root chakra,
The pelvic cradle.
You may feel this extra support.
And it may feel really good and nurturing to know and to experience being held.
And make a note that you are always welcome to return to this presence anytime you like.
Now,
From this space,
We intend and visualize,
Sense and see and feel that above,
Up into the sky,
About 300 feet or so,
Is a gateway of light.
And this gateway of light opens up and like a pillar of golden light,
Comes down.
And just imagine like a sun ray pouring down over the crown of your head.
And it fills the top of your head and into the center of your head,
Going down into the throat space,
Into your heart space,
Your chest,
And also the back upper shoulders,
The back of the heart.
And it's perfectly okay if you feel a bit emotional,
Especially as we encounter and remember this precious light and support that is always here for us.
And you may feel it is so soft and so gentle and loving.
And if you tear up or if you feel emotional,
Allow the emotions to rise,
Allow it to release.
You are safe here.
It is perfectly okay.
To feel and to release these feelings.
And you may even feel as any dense energies start to soften or even dissipate or dissolve straight into this light.
Any dense heaviness or burdens that have been weighing so much on you,
Maybe other people's energies,
Maybe the weight of looking out at the world and feeling,
You know,
Out of control when you wish that you could do something.
The light to sink in deeper,
To hold you and to enter the crevices.
This is perfectly normal to experience this,
To feel this way.
When there's so much change in the world,
To feel grief,
To feel sorrow,
To feel despair,
To feel sadness,
To feel like you don't have control.
But what your guidance is here speaking to you now wants you to know that your peace,
Your presence,
Your awareness,
You choosing to show up in the world and be a light and to utilize the resources that you have been given to stand in your power is the greatest service to all.
And that it is perfectly normal to feel and to see and to witness humanity and to have this sorrow and this longing for more,
For a deeper love,
For a unity.
And what your guides want you to know is that that lives within you first.
And that your peace is within you.
What you cultivate from the inside is what can ripple into the outside.
It's always an internal job first.
And your guides are also saying thank you,
They're having given you claps,
For taking the moment today to turn inward and to also allow them to be able to support you.
And they want you to know that you can call on them at any time.
And for clarification about what guides are,
You know,
Everyone may have different understandings of this,
But these are your angels.
They may even be people that you've known in this lifetime that are on the other side supporting you,
Witnessing you,
Guiding you,
And you know who they are.
You can feel them.
There are also mentors that are assigned to you directly,
And maybe you've never heard of this before and that is perfectly okay,
But they do want you to know today that any time you need support,
Any time that you need extra love or information or resources,
You can call on them just as you would in your prayers to Jesus,
Yeshua,
Or to whomever you call on in your prayers.
There is a multitude of beings of light,
Of angelic order,
That are always here to help and assist humanity.
And every day there are miracles,
But the miracles come from those who are able and willing to ask.
Because of the law of free will,
They will not intervene unless you call them in.
So if you feel called to say,
Or if you have something on your heart in this moment that you would like assistance with,
If you have a burden,
Or some worries,
Or some concern,
Or a prayer,
Or something in your life that you need extra support in,
I'm going to take a few moments here so you can call on them.
And so you may also feel this deep well of support and to know that you are not alone,
Ever.
With a light that's shining down over through your head and to your shoulders,
It's been in your heart space,
Bringing loving support and guidance.
Now feel as this light moves down your arms,
Into your palms,
And then out every single finger.
And you may feel just any heaviness,
Maybe just washing away,
And it is completely up to you.
If you feel called to say and speak aloud within or without,
I release this all now.
We're not here to suffer as humans,
And you're not here to carry burdens all on your own.
And you too can live a joyous life a beautiful life,
A peaceful,
Prosperous,
And just so much full of love.
No matter what the past has been for you,
You too can release any heaviness.
Allow the light to take this from you.
And I'm seeing doves,
Birds that actually are coming out through your heart and scooping up these and flying up into the light.
Now this light continues down into your mid abdomen and then moving down into your womb space,
Your sacral chakra center,
Your belly space.
And it wraps around to your back,
Your lower back.
And then it connects all the way down into your root space.
The place where earth has meet her energy.
And this light now is connected from above and below.
You feel the energetic support in both directions.
Take a deep breath in.
Now we're going to take a moment to visualize and send this energy,
This love outwards.
This light that encompasses you,
Visualize,
Sense,
And see as this light expands out to the entire room that you are in,
The entire space that you dwell in.
And we visualize and tend and see as the light expands out as big as the city that you're in or the town.
And we ask the light to expand as big as your state or providence.
And then continue as wide as your country,
Your whole continent,
And then as wide as the entire planet.
All sentient,
All beings dwelling in this light.
And we ask the light to go even as further as the solar system or as wide as that you are ready for right now,
Or as that feels good.
And feel,
Sense,
And see as you dwell in the peace,
The loving calm,
And even seeing the love that's all around the planet,
That emanates within the planet,
Within humanity.
And you may even feel this in your own beating heart,
From this space,
From this perspective.
And this love dwells within each of us.
And the peace that you are experiencing right now is rippling out to all.
And this is such a great service to all.
And exponentially,
The love that you are emitting,
That you carry within you,
That you offer to others on a daily basis,
It ripples and has exponential effects.
Always remember this.
Always remember that this is your true power.
And this can never be taken away.
Always anchor into this remembering,
This peace that is within you,
This love that dwells within you,
Through every atom,
Through every cell,
Through every dimension.
Take another deep inhale.
Take another deep exhale.
And release,
Exhale.
And you may stay here as long as you'd like.
Ready,
We'll begin to come back into the body.
Starting to notice the sensations back in your body.
Maybe bringing in some wiggling in your toes.
The fingers.
Start to notice where,
Again,
Your body meets contact with the earth,
The floor,
Your bed,
Your couch,
Wherever you're sitting in your chair.
And now we're going to release the energy from above the head,
Knowing that it's always here for you.
Anytime you want to go through this meditation,
You can go through this as many times as you'd like.
Or as you develop your meditation practice,
You can always connect just through intending with connecting to this light.
But for now,
We're going to close the light so that we can come back into our bodies,
Back into our own space.
Sometimes it can feel so good to expand,
But it's also very important to remember to stay grounded.
We're here,
Getting to be present on this planet,
On this earth,
Here and now,
In these beautiful bodies.
To closing off the crown chakra in a way that is still so inviting for guidance.
But we're just going to bring our auric field back into right size.
And now we send any offerings to earth,
Any process consciousness,
Anything that has come up or has shifted or anything that's ready to be released.
It will immediately,
Easily just drift down out of your body,
Your field,
Into the channel of earth.
We're giving her just the most nourishing gift because she takes this process consciousness and she creates more life with it.
She thanks you for your presence and she thanks you for being here today in presence.
Now imagine as the roots disconnect,
And they turn into a gold dust or multi-color flakes,
And they settle.
And now you are here in this rejuvenated,
Energetic,
Light body.
And whenever you are ready,
Blinking and taking your time to come back into this space,
Back into the room.
First,
Thanking yourself for this practice today.
Now,
Go about your day and have a beautiful day and return to this meditation as much as you'd like.
If you feel a little bit sleepy or as you go about your day or even the next few days,
Be sure to give yourself that rest and that nourishment.
And to eat foods that are nourishing,
To drink clean water.
Maybe go and for a little walk or get a little bit of movement into your body and have a blessed day.
