I'm so excited and honored to be with you here in this moment.
So let's take these first few moments to get comfortable wherever you are,
Allowing yourself to adjust the body,
The clothes,
The hair,
Any energy that might pull you away from fully receiving this rest and this abundance for the next 15 minutes.
So really setting yourself up to be in a place of receiving this beautiful sacred pause.
As the body starts to become comfortable and subtle,
Go ahead and find your way into stillness.
And then if comfortable,
Starting to feel the eyes soften and maybe close completely.
And as you find the eye softening,
Take these first few moments to be in your environment and the energy that is living there,
Hearing the sounds,
Feeling the energy of other living beings around you,
Feeling the temperature of the room on your skin,
The weight of your clothes draping over the body,
And slowly start to direct your awareness into your body,
Noticing the sensations that are present here in your body.
As you notice these sensations,
Allowing yourself to welcome,
Welcome yourself as you are here in this physical body,
And then allowing yourself to notice what is moving around in your mind right now,
The thoughts that might be quickly or slowly moving by.
And again,
Being in a place of welcoming what is present for you here and now,
And then noticing how these thoughts are then attached to emotions,
Noticing how you feel emotionally today in your heart,
Welcoming everything sitting on your heart here and now,
Welcoming where you are physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Knowing that with each moving breath,
This energy shifts,
Changes,
And transforms,
Allowing all of this to slowly drift off into the distance as you start to draw your awareness to your breath.
Start to take a deep breath in through your nose and open the mouth,
Exhale,
Sigh the breath out.
Deep breath in through your nose,
Deep sigh out through your mouth,
Release,
Let it go.
Deep breath in,
Sigh it out,
Deep breath out,
Taking as many more of these breaths as your body is asking for.
Again,
Welcoming in this beautiful sacred pause that you are creating for yourself today.
And then slowly beginning to feel the lips come together and start to enjoy a deep breath in through your nose and a deep breath out through your nose.
Inhale fully,
Exhale deeply,
Inhale feeling your whole being starting to expand and open up.
Every exhale releasing into this sacred pause of rest and relaxation.
Inhale feeling every part of your being expanding,
Opening up.
Exhale settling into this sacred pause of rest and relaxation.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Keeping this breath long and deep,
Start to bring all of your awareness down into your toes.
All of your awareness goes down into your toes.
Inhale awareness in the toes,
Top of the foot,
Sole of the foot,
Ankle.
Exhale,
Feeling the entire foot and toes relaxed.
Inhale,
Feeling the awareness,
Move to the top of the shin,
Back of the calf,
Top of the knee,
Back of the knee.
Exhale,
Entire lower leg is relaxed.
Inhale your awareness to the top of the thigh,
Back of the thigh,
Sitting bones,
Pelvis,
Hips.
Exhale,
The entire lower body is relaxed.
Inhale your awareness into your low back,
Mid-back,
Upper back.
Exhale,
Entire back body relaxed.
Inhale your awareness into your shoulders,
Front of the bicep,
Back of the bicep,
Elbows.
Exhale,
Shoulders and upper arm relaxed.
Inhale your awareness into the top of your forearm,
Back of your forearm,
Wrist,
Palm of the hand,
Back of the hand,
Fingers.
Exhale,
Entire lower arm and hand relaxed.
Inhale your awareness into your low navel,
Upper navel,
Chest,
Upper chest.
Exhale the entire front body,
Relax.
Inhale your awareness into the front of the throat,
Back of the neck,
Jaw,
Entire face,
Entire head.
Exhale,
Entire head and neck,
Relax.
Inhale,
Feeling the entire body in stillness.
Exhale,
Feeling the entire body relaxed.
Inhale,
Feeling your entire being in stillness.
Exhale,
Feeling your entire being relaxed.
Inhaling stillness.
Exhale,
Relax.
Inhaling stillness.
