I want you to close your eyes and begin to slow down your breath.
Inhale slowly for a count of five.
Now exhale slowly for a count of five.
Keep breathing at this pace until you begin to feel your heartbeat slow down.
I want you to notice that as you slow down your breathing you start to feel more and more relaxed.
And as you feel more relaxed I want you to become more relaxed.
Begin relaxing your temples,
Your jaw,
Your neck,
Your trapezius muscles.
Now relax your shoulders.
Then relax your chest,
Your lats,
Your stomach,
Your glutes,
Your thighs,
Your hamstrings.
Your calves.
And now your fingers and toes.
You're doing a great job.
Now let's get ready to ground ourselves first by visualizing roots growing out of your feet.
These roots extend through the floor of your home,
Through the concrete or gravel,
Through the soil beneath it.
And these roots keep extending further and deeper until they reach the center of the earth.
Now watch the roots begin to surround the center of the earth until it will lock itself into place,
Anchoring and grounding you with Mother Earth.
Now that you are grounded I want you to visualize a white light slowly traveling up your spine.
The light starts at the root chakra then slowly travels to your sacral chakra.
Now feel the energy healing your sacral chakra.
And when it's done,
The white light keeps traveling up to your solar plexus chakra and completely nourishes it before it travels to your heart chakra.
And when the light gets there,
It completely opens up the heart chakra so you can freely give and receive love.
Feel that in your heart.
Now remember to keep breathing as you have been breathing.
Now watch that white light leave your heart chakra and go into your throat chakra.
It is cleaning out the throat chakra so that you could communicate as freely as your heart desires.
From there,
The light leaves your throat chakra and enters your third eye.
As it heals your third eye,
You become open to other perspectives and ways of looking at the world.
And you become more kind and patient and loving.
Finally,
The white light travels from your third eye into your crown chakra.
Your crown chakra opens up and an intense golden light shoots out from the top of your head,
Going past your roof into the sky.
And it continues to travel upwards past our atmosphere and into outer space.
It continues to travel past our solar system and now past our galaxy until it finally arrives at the center of the universe.
And when this happens,
That golden light emanates from all around your body,
Healing you while bringing warmth and joy to every conscious being around you.
Now that you are both grounded with the earth and connected with the universe,
We could begin manifesting your greatest dream.
First,
I want you to visualize what that dream is.
Maybe it's starting a business.
Maybe it's starting a new hobby.
Maybe you want to help someone that really needs your existence.
Whatever it is,
I want you to visualize what you want.
And now that you can clearly see what you want,
I want you to think about why you want to accomplish this goal and what it will mean for you and your family and your loved ones.
It is important to really think deeply about the why.
Will it bring you joy?
Do you think it will raise your status?
Does accomplishing this bring you fulfillment?
Whatever your reason,
I want you to think deeply about why you want this dream to come true.
Now that you can clearly see what you want,
It's time for you to think about all the different things you will need to do in order to make your dream a reality.
Do you need to set up a business license?
Do you need to create a marketing program?
Do you need to learn any new skills?
Do you need to raise more money?
Do you need to convince anyone to help you?
Please start thinking through all the things that you will need to do in order to make this dream come true.
There is no need to rush the stage,
But it is very important to visualize all the different steps you will need to take in order to keep manifesting this dream into reality.
Now take a few deep breaths as you internalize this to-do list that will allow you to manifest your vision.
You notice the golden light that is emanating from you begin to get brighter and brighter as the vision of your dream and all the things you need to do to make it a reality become clearer and clearer.
And now that you have full clarity on your dream,
It's time for the fun part.
Shift your focus away from the golden light and begin focusing on manifesting your dream again.
I want you to clearly visualize your dream coming to life.
I don't want you to just see it happening.
I want you to feel the gratitude and joy that you will experience when you manifest your dream into reality.
If it's starting a business,
Imagine the grand opening.
If you are writing a book,
Imagine the book being published and released.
If you are trying a new hobby.
If you are trying a new hobby,
Imagine yourself doing it at the absolute highest level possible.
What you really need to do now is not just imagine this already happening,
But really feel as if it has already happened.
Feel the joy,
The abundance,
The ability to share this with others and how it brightens their day when they see you fulfill and manifest your dreams.
I want you to feel the gratitude that one feels when they no longer feel at a deficit in this world.
I want you to have a feeling of equanimity in your body.
You are content.
You feel blissful.
You realize you can feel this way,
Whether or not you manifest any of your dreams.
You also realize that if your manifestation doesn't come true tomorrow or next week or next month or even next year,
Your life will still be imperfectly perfect,
Just like it will be after you manifest any and all of your dreams.
You will keep showing up every day.
You will keep doing the work.
And you will acquire the tools and skills to manifest any and all of your dreams.
Your dreams will manifest when your potentiality is ready to meet the challenges of your manifestation coming into reality.
Deep down,
You know that if you manifest a company as big as Google,
But you have never managed a single person,
That manifestation would be a disaster.
So it is necessary to make sure your manifestation potentiality matches with your vision.
With this in mind,
You know that your manifestation doesn't need to come true immediately.
You understand that it will happen when the time is right,
When you are fully prepared to take full advantage of the opportunity.
And because you view your manifestation this way,
It puts you back into a feeling of deep gratitude.
Gratitude for having a dream to manifest.
Gratitude for having a body that can do the physical work to manifest the dream into reality.
Gratitude for having a good tribe of people around you to encourage and to support you.
Gratitude for the people that have told you that you couldn't do it,
But inadvertently gave you that extra push so that you could do it.
Having gratitude for every day is what will make your manifestation come true.
So now,
I want you to muster up all the gratitude that you can feel and really feel as your dream has already manifested itself.
Visualize and feel the happiness you will exude.
Feel the gratitude coursing through every vein and every cell in your body.
And now,
I want you to feel as if you absolutely know that this will happen because it already has.
You just need to tap into the right frequency of the quantum field to make sure that it happens in this reality.
And this is exactly what we are doing with this meditation.
You can begin to feel confident that doing this meditation every day will help you manifest your dream into reality.
Now,
I want you to crack a soft smile and say to yourself that you absolutely got this.
And sit with that feeling that you absolutely got this.
And with that,
You can now allow the golden light to disconnect from the center of the universe and return through your crown chakra.
Once that is done,
You can now unbind the roots from the center of the earth and watch them slowly retract back into your feet.
You could start wiggling your toes and moving your fingers.
And when you are ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and return to the 3D world.
